"Like seriously?you what?just repeat your last statement" he asked tensed.
"I like you Jeremy she repeated walking closer to him ,I really do like you"she said with sad face.
"Seriously? Since when? I never knew about it"he groaned.
"You mean you haven't noticed? Can't you read between the lines? I'm always excited in seeing you, you think that's just friendship?".she folded her hands.
"Well…I ..don't…really …pay attention to such..such things,he stammered. Hmm he sighed,well…I must be really honest with you Emily, he stared into her eyes. I'm gonna be real honest with you,I don't think I'm gonna do or be what you might be expecting, he paused and added with a serious face. Does Puppy knows about this?"
"Why? Should I have told her? Well I didn't know if you really liked her,but..I kind of told her about it and she gave me the go ahead,see she doesn't loves you" she rolled her eyes.
"You told her you liked me?and she didn't deem it fit to tell me,well…I guess she knows me already he gave an half smile.What did she say to you when you told her about it?"he asked curiosity laced in his voice.
"Oh you like Jeremy! Well you could tell him about it huh,he's a good guy" she said mimicking Mirabel's voice.
"Really he laughed hard unable to control himself. Well I guess that isn't all, she must have also told you that I don't do those stuffs" he feigned a smile.
"You don't do what stuff?" She asked avoiding the answer her head gave her,
"The dating thing it's not mine"he said on a more serious note.

"Well…I am too toxic for that,I don't wanna hurt anybody's daughter especially not the ones I'm really close to "
