Chapter 19: Williams Do You Still Love Me?
"In that case, think about all I have said and get back to me." he then walked out of her office.
Lily was too stunned to speak as she went numb and did not even realize when Jane had walked into the office.
"Boss!!!"
Lily flinched when she felt someone touch her. "Jane! I'm sorry. How long have you been here?"
"Just now Boss! Is everything okay boss? Do you need me?" Jane was really worried. She had seen Williams walking out of the office minutes ago looking like the brat he was.
"I don't think I need you, Jane. Please get back to work." Lily muttered and walked to her seat. Jane couldn't do otherwise, so she turned and walked away leaving just Lily to be in there all by herself.
The moment the door closed, Lily burst into tears. Her heart felt heavy. She had never felt this way for any other man before and right now, she was unsure she was ever going to come out of it.
