Vinnandra was yet again, at a place that she knew nothing of. And while the place she was transported to to meet Uri and Marenda was warm and airy…this place was frigid, cold and honestly frightening.
She shivered as she hugged herself, and then she thought back to the girl who tried to kill her.
Nihilara must die. Death must meet Nihilara. The reason Nihilara must die is because Nihilara will bring down the Vale.
Those words, spoken so precisely, enraged and frightened her at the same time. So much so that when the girl tried to strangle her, Vinn intentionally looked her in the eyes and willed all of her to come to her.
In her mind, she wanted to see who exactly was behind her actions.
And the result of that well calculated look was being in a place so cold, she felt the shivers deep in her bones.
