There shall be a Dragon-Egg Hunt where future dragon riders, groomed at the Academy will be allowed to search for their destined dragons, or dragon eggs.
In the case of accomplished dragons, it's entirely up to the Dragon to accept to bond with an unbonded rider. In the case of a dragon egg, it's entirely up to the luck and talent of the rider.
He who finds the dragon egg shall be automatically bonded to the Hatchling.
