Reject or claim?
Ara tried to free herself from his grip, but she failed once again. It will be easy to get rid of him only if she can control her power, but it seems like this room is preventing her from using her power and ability.
Vladimir noticed her action, so he let her go. As soon as he released his grip on her hand, Ara took a step sideward away from him.
"I believe that's inappropriate. You shouldn't do that, your majesty." Ara was ashamed of herself. She said that now, after she had let him touch and kiss her that way. Vladimir laughed dryly. Oh, his mate was acting like she didn't like what he did, huh?
How pathetic. He reached out for her arm and pulled her closer to him again. Without any hesitation, he carried her, which caught her off guard. What the heck was happening? She thought the king was going to talk to her.
