Chereads / The Immortal in Star Wars / Chapter 7 - The Exlorer

Chapter 7 - The Exlorer

The time has come. I have finally finished everything. I had spent one year initially gathering and creating all the materials which I planned to use for my spaceship. But midway through, I stopped and thought about it in more detail.

I thought that it would be a waste to try and finish the construction of my spaceship so quickly, just because I wanted to explore space. I am immortal. So instead of finishing this project quickly, I decided to go all in and create a giant mother ship so to speak. A big ship where I could have all of the different things I would need for an exploration or any other situation. And so I did just that.

I created a new plan. At first, I planned what I wanted to add and everything I could ever need in the future. I wanted to have enough space for any endeavour I would take, while still making sure it was as powerful as possible.

I knew that my plan would result in an enormous ship. And if I tried to cramp things close together, I would have trouble with adding things later on or making adjustments and improvements. After crunching the numbers for a while, I threw everything out the window and forgot about keeping it simple and modest. I was immortal, for f*cks sake. I should have the time and the will to create something over the top. So back to the old drawing board, I went.

It took a long time for me to finish my final ship. But when I had it all planned out and was happy with the design and the potential it held ... I smiled and went to work. It was over-the-top ridiculous in all things. The finished product would be longer than the Executor-class Star Dreadnought, which was about 62'000 feet or 19'000 meters long. Yes, my personal spaceship would be a bit over 70'000 feet or 21'500 meters long. That was so stupid that I just laughed and then didn't think about it anymore.

.

So I went to work. And here is the very special thing that only someone like me, who is immortal and doesn't need food or water, can even dream of ... I only used the Force. That's right, I spent years and years building my personal and first spaceship, without using my hands ONCE!

I sat down and began my meditation. I began to talk to the Force and for the first time in my long life/lives, I was the one doing most of the talking and the Force was listening. I wanted to do this and I wanted to do it, only using the Force. I wanted to make this not only enjoyable but also training.

And that's what I did. I began to use the Force, especially Force telekinesis to do all of the work. I began to create different areas on the planet that were dedicated to different things. One area was the place where I had my storage units. I would store the parts that were either already finished or had to wait until I could use them to build another part.

Another area was used to create my personal and special allow or metal, which I had created. I had spent centuries coming up with a formula and a way to create an allow that was as powerful or even more powerful than Beskar. I knew that the alloy had to be usable as a hull and carry billions and trillions of tons of weight. And not surprisingly, using the Force, I had succeeded.

I called it, Forcium. Not very good, but it was all I had. The reason it was called that, was that I thought about what it was taht could achieve anything. I realised that everything was possible using the Force, so I basically created a new metal using the Force and some of my vitality. It was a very personal process, that was supported by the Force itself. And the result?

It was impenetrable, unbreakable and could absorb vibrations. If you wanted to bend or form it, you had to imbue it with massive amounts of your energy and the Force. And if it was already formed once, it couldn't be bent or broken again. It would stay that way forever. I tried to get inspiration from two other fictional metals called, Adamantium and Vibranium. One of them was unbreakable and the other could absorb vibrations.

That was another proof that the Force had almost no limits.

.

Coming back to the different areas. One was storage, one was the construction of Forcium and other materials I needed for different areas and functions of the ship. But many more areas served different purposes.

One such area was dedicated to putting together the different parts I had already created. Ranging from the smallest components to the biggest pieces, like assembling the hull of my spaceship.

Another one was used for assembling the electrical outlets and placing them at the exact places inside the ship, at the right moment when it was time for them to be placed. This used a lot of brain capacity and power on my part.

One area was dedicated to logistics, one for defensive systems, one for attack, like all sorts of weapons, one explicitly for the energy component, one for the hyperdrive, one for the creation of anything biological or chemical, etc.

This project was so large, that almost the entire planet was used and I was sitting in the middle of it all and was meditating while using the Force to do ALL of these things, at the SAME TIME! At first, I could only do one thing. I was focusing on creating Forcium. Then another area was added slowly. Then another one and then another and another ...

I thought my brain would burst ... which it did in multiple instances. I was glad for my immortality. Every time I died, I came back stronger. My power rose while I was assembling the ship. I used telekinesis and also a variation of 'Plant Surge' to do all of this.

.

To put it into perspective how hard this was. Darth Vader once held an AT-AT above his head with the Force. To highball it, we can say that he held an entire AT-AT using the Force. Galen Marek brought down a Star Destroyer using the Force. He only brought it down and didn't hold it up. It is still an unimaginable feat, but it is not as amazing as if he had held it in the air.

Luke Skywalker was probably the craziest one when he tossed around a gravitic singularity. A defence from the Yuuzhan Vong, which were basically tiny black holes.

I was for one, multitasking all of these things, which required me to use immense focus that isn't possible for one living creature alone and would kill him/her normally. Which it did on multiple occasions. But I adapted to it and grew more powerful until I could control all of these things at the same time.

Two, some of the things I was 'lifting' weighed billions of tons. To assemble the spaceship, by putting together each of the parts, I had to carry it using the Force. This puts all of the things to shame that I ever thought possible. On hundreds or even thousands of moments, blood burst out of all of my orifices and drenched the ground.

I forgot about the time or how hard it was. I used this as a chance to really grow more powerful and finally create my very own ship. There were many different things which would go on the ship. The longer I was working, the easier it became, only for it to then become harder as the weight of the spaceship increased drastically. It was a bit of a cycle. I would get used to the weight and the strain in my head, only for things to get even harder afterwards.

- time skip -

I open my eyes after a long long time. It is not the longest time, I have been meditating, but it has been the hardest time. I still feel the massive strain in my head and entire body as I hold this monstrosity using nothing but Force telekinesis.

A whopping 72'200 feet or 22'000 meters monstrosity was being held up with nothing but my mind. I don't know how many tons this beast weighs but it's probably all of them.

I spent over 2 centuries creating, modifying and upgrading this thing. I changed and improved things midway and then took it apart again and built it back together. The reason for this was that I had an epiphany and using my growing number of lines of thought, I came up with a much better and powerful hyperdrive and an energy-efficient way to power this beast.

The maximum acceleration was 2890 G. To put this into perspective, the Eclipse-class dreadnought had a maximum acceleration of 940 G and the Executor-class Star Dreadnought had one of 1230 G.

My Hyperdrive rating was about Class 26 or 27. And that was normal. The backup was 42 ... yes 42. Again compared to the Eclipse-class dreadnought who had Class 2 and backup Class 6. The Executor-class Star Dreadnought had a Class 2 and a backup Class 10. Those were unimaginably slow numbers and why all of this still worked, will be explained in the end.

We better not talk about the power output. At peak efficiency for both reactors and shields, it was probably > 18.3 * 10^52 W. Shielding was primarily an energy dome that protected either specific parts or the entire ship at once. And that was the additional shields. There was a powerful energy shield operating at all times, which used the kinetic energy that the ship experienced. How this works will be explained later.

.

What about armament?

Well, there were several and they weren't final as of yet. I was planning on focusing on the armament at a later date. I planned on Turboblaster batteries, heavy turboblaster batteries, assault concussion missile tubes, which could fire 61 missiles each, heavy ion cannons and I mean really heavy. 94 tractor beam projectors as well as thousands of point-defense laser cannons, to name a few ...

I had different sections on the ship. There was a large one for comfort. I needed my space and I wanted it to be as relaxing as possible. There was a large training area, which included a specialised space to train in the Force. I had a sauna, a pool, a steam room and everything was ginormous.

There was a section for medical procedures and medical research. There was an area for my science projects and a testing range. There was a biological portion, a chemical one and so on and so forth. I would go around the galaxy and then the Universe, and collect samples of earth, or genetic samples of interesting and powerful species and use these to experiment on it. I had big plans and this giant spaceship wasn't the biggest project I had planned.

Now the only question which was left, was ... how could this work? How did such a humongous spaceship function properly and what is even more important ... how can it work with only one person on the ship? How were these feats possible? The metal, the engine, the acceleration, the hyperdrive rating, the power output, the shielding ... how?

Well, the answer to all of those questions is ... the Force. Obviously. How else would that work?

What I did, whenever I created something and assembled the different parts, was that I would imbue the materials with the Force. I would literally drown it in Force energy and also my personal energy. This way, not only could many physical laws be bent or 'ignored', but it was also that reason that the spaceship gained semi-sentience.

It was for all intents and purposes ... alive. And I ... was its father.

Show some love, please. I really dug deep into the spaceship/Star Wars lore to come up with this made-up thing. I hope you like it.
