...It was as though a presence was there.
"We're here. Where do we start?"Lisa whispered as she saw the glittering looks os Kiara's face.
"At the other side of the library."With that in mind,she replied.

They approached to the other side of the library as they monitored every slight movement they saw and heard. Fear crept onto their bodies as the dark circulated around them.
Finally, they reached to the hallway that led to the other side.
"Doesn't this look a bit strange?"Lisa asked,puzzled "This area looks much darker than the rest of the library."
Unfortunately,to Kiara's surprise,it was indeed true. It was as of dark itself had surrounded there.
Gathering her remaining courage , Kiara turned on her dimming torchlight and led the way shocking Lisa.
"I came here for something."She boldly said as her voice echoed."And I am here for it."
Lisa could now see that no matter how much she tried convincing her, Kiara would surely not mind.
"Fine. Let's hurry before anyone sees us."

There they made their way in. Strange books were aligned on shelves much different from the rest.The pillars looked much taller than the ones before and the chandeliers that hing above gave a dazzling crimson-like atmosphere of the area.
"I think we are going too far"Lisa whispered.
"Just little bit more "Kiara added as she stared at the arranged books on the shelves in great wonder."I cant believe this. This is what I have been looking for. At long last I can get proof that indeed it is not all creatures that look as bad as we think they are."
"I see...."Lisa smiled upon hearing that. Who knows? Maybe it might not be that bad to let Kiara explore her own world and that was what she had in mind.
As silence dominated the area, Lisa said as she cleared her throat."You might have really loved fantasy right?"
"Yes but to me, fantasy is reality. It just has to be brought back to life."
They said nothing afterwards as they curiously selected the books their heart chose for them.
"Yes."Kiara said."The Origin of The Tales Of Vampires and Demons."
This book also had a small inscription below the gigantic title written,The origin of mythical creatures as we know.
"But why will such a book be here?"
"Who knows? For security reasons perhaps. I'm sure this might be the reason as to why the librarian stared at you with that face of his."
"Maybe. But really I think I've seen the answer to my questions. Now I can indeed believe that some vampires are not as bad as they seem to be "
But before any other comment was made,a very strong cold air barged into the library and that really surprised them especially Kiara since she had once felt this aura of the wind before.
"It's not safe here."Lisa shouted as the wind grew colder."We should leave. We have crossed the library's border Kiara."
"No. We can't leave like that."
Hearing that just worsened Lisa's stern look."We are going home now."
"No!" With the sound of Kiara's voice,the wind vanished. It was as though nothing had happened in the first place and that freaked the souls out of them.
"Yes you are....."A cold voice echoed at a distance from them. To their horror,they nervously traced where it came from only to see a dark figure with arms crossed staring coldly at them.

The mansion.....
"Nathan I have tried calling our daughter's phone and it doesn't look like she's picking."
Out of worry, Tyra complained."Where can she be at this time of the night?"
"Relax my beloved,Kiara is fine where ever she may be."
He tried assuring his wife but it didn't look as though she was ready to understand.
"You always say that whenever Kiara doesn't come home early."Tyra said."And you're always right. How are you always right?"
Nathan smirked upon hearing that."I am just a father who already knows the wellbeing of his daughter."
"I just hope you're right this time. I just hope Kiara is alright *

"Yes you are.... "A cold voice echoed at a distance from them.
"Who's there?"Lisa asked but there was no response. It just stood there motionless staring at them.
Now they had seen what contained in the dark. It was death itself.
"Why are you here?"The voice asked but in reply,there was nothing but a pause. That was until Kiara decided to break it.
"We came .....here for books."
"On your own accord."He cut her off with a voice so cold and deadly and Lisa knew what was coming.
"I decided to come here myself."Lisa quickly said."if there's any punishment,I will do it."
But he scoffed at that and with loud footsteps,he came towards them as the girls took one step backwards.
"I was not talking to you."He corrected and turned his gaze at Kiara.
Finally he came forward as the light exposed his pitch dark attire. His dark short raven hair shone luminously as it lied down gorgeously on his erect neck and his smooth fair-pale looking skin revealed the high intensity of his striking beauty. His brown sharp eyes glittered with his dark aura as he stared at Kiara His defined face glowed with vigor and revenge. In fact he was the elixir of beauty.

Kiara felt a sudden rush within as with every gaze je had on her."I just came here for books sir."She said."I did not know this was a prohibited area sir. Please with all due respect I humbly apologize."
He said nothing as his gaze interlocked with her."You should not have ce here in the first place."
"Yes we know."Lisa added "And we are leaving."
Without wasting much time, she grabbed Kiara's hand as they briskly walked.
"What are you going to do about this?"He asked, drawing their attention"I thought you were willing to accept your punishment since you willingly decided to trespass the library's border... Kiara."
There he said with his arms in pockets of his long dark suit."You do not know how to lie at all.
With fear pounding in their hearts,they stood still as they began picking up the pieces. Kiara especially wondering how this guy knew her name.
"Yes we know this was a restricted area and we are very sorry but my friend is here for books on mythical creatures. She only needs proof that it is not all creatures that look as bad as some people may think they are."Lisa said with clenched fists."I hope you understand this at least in the general way of life if not on Kiara's perspective of thought."
He just smirked."This library belongs to someone precious to me. I think you know how it feels if an imposter barges in without your knowing."
They said since it was true in fact.
"I'm waiting."He coldly said."Will you decide your own punishment or should I?"
There they stood as both Kiara and Lisa contemplated on how they would excape from this monstrosity.

Sometime earlier ...
"Duke Ace. I have an important message to deliver to you."He said as he majestically walked down the majestic hall in the kingdom.
"Go on."Ace replied as he stared at the gigantic picture of his entire family."What do I need to hear now?"
"Duke Ace. As I attended to the mortals during the day,I encountered two mortal girls."He begun."One really looked suspicious and kept asking questions about the library."
"The library. Why would she?"He asked and averted his gaze to him.
"Her reason is not known to me."He replied."But I realized something about the other one."
Ace, upon hearing that was eager to know what he would say.
"She kept on praising the library and ended up convincing her friend to enjoy herself."
"Mortals" He smirked.
"I hear her name is Kiara. Duke Ace."He told him."But I saw something else. She saw the restricted area and told her friend about it Duke."
"How ignorant."
"No Duke." He cut him off."They are very keen on knowing and I saw that in Kiara's face."
"Kiara....."He said to himself."I am very sure you know when they will be going there "
"Yes. With all due respect."He replied."They will be there by midnight."
Midnight...the perfect time for him to play and that was what he had in mind." Very well then....."He said and a dark smirk crept on his face."You may excuse yourself Butler."
"As you wish master....."
And in a blink of an eye the butler dashed out at the speed of light.
"Kiara....." He said as he continued to watch the portrait and scoffed."It would be a bit fun to play with some mortals . It's about time."
