Andy arrived at the brothel by carriage in the morning, leaving behind the shadows of the night and blurred memories. Upon entering, he was directed directly to the dining room, where the tantalizing aroma of soup filled the air.
He took his ration, a bowl of soup accompanied by a slice of bread. As he made his way to his seat, his attention was caught by Tina, who was leaning in the corner of the dining room, dozing and yawning.
Wasting no time, Andy walked over to Kevin's table. Kevin was enjoying his soup with one hand while greeting Andy with the other. The routine at the brothel continued as usual. There seemed to be a tinge of weariness and confusion in Andy's expression as if he was still dealing with the unpleasant memories of the night before.
"Well, well, look who's back, boy. I thought you'd be dead by now; noble girls can be pretty dangerous," Kevin commented, with a mixed tone of surprise and relief.
"Yeah, they're like animals," added Andy, nodding.
"So, did you see anything interesting at the Royal Castle?" asked Kevin, eager with curiosity.
"Well, I met the Queen and the Princess," Andy replied calmly.
Kevin's expression changed completely, revealing his surprise. "What do you mean, the Queen and the Princess, did you fuck them?"
"Of course not. I met the Queen at the hot springs, and the Princess? Well, she hired my services, but nothing happened, at least that I remember," Andy said indifferently.
Kevin was intrigued and eager to know more, as he watched Andy's unmotivated expression and wondered what had happened to those nobles at the Royal Castle.
"Your usual expression is gone, Andy, what's on your mind now?" asked Kevin.
"I just want to get out of here as soon as possible. I feel that if I stay here any longer, my mind will go crazy," replied Andy, without having tasted his soup.
"Let's go to my cell after we finish eating. I've come up with a plan for us to escape," Kevin suggested.
After they finished eating, they both headed straight for Kevin's cell. Andy took a seat in the chair across from the small table, where Kevin unfolded a giant paper blueprint.
"We're going to escape by digging a subway tunnel," announced Kevin.
"A subway tunnel?" asked Andy, showing interest.
"Yes," Kevin replied, showing him the architectural plan. "I obtained this map as a favour from the guards."
Andy examined the map, which showed a detailed architectural layout of the Brothel of Lust on five levels. The isolation zone for problem prisoners was located on the lowest level. The brothel's reception area and client rooms were on the second level. The dining room and the slaves' cell were on the third level. The fourth level housed the employees' quarters and the weapons, while the fifth, on the surface, served as a deck for the bar. The architectural plan dated from 272, after the Fall of the Demon King, and was designed by King Jonas II Murk.
Kevin explained to Andy the intricacies of the brothel's design. "The walls from the fourth to the second level are made of unbreakable material against magic. However, the first level, the isolation area, has no walls of unbreakable material. It is just a mound of earth supported by marble pillars and soundproofed so no one can hear anything."
Andy studied the floor plan again before asking, "So how do we get into the isolation zone?"
"That's where things get complicated," Kevin replied. "The isolation cell is only for the most dangerous prisoners, like Ilugin and Luxter. No one else is allowed in unless authorized, like the guards or the warden, Roxanne."
"Okay, what's the plan?" asked Andy.
"We need to create a little conflict between one of us. That way, they will send one of us to prison for a few days to punish us."
"Got it. and how will we dig our way out?" asked Andy.
Kevin smiled mischievously and pointed out a part of the plan that Andy had quickly overlooked. "Remember that day we argued, I was thinking of apologizing to you, but as I passed your cell I notice you were fucking the pussy of one of the brothel guards, remember?"
Andy vaguely recalled, remembering that he had fucked hard with Tina a few days ago. "Yes, I remember sleeping with her in exchange for gold coins."
"Well, it turns out I was doing some research on the woman in question and her name is Tina Bellserti. She has a younger brother in the brothel and is a user of Elemental Magic."
"And what does that matter?" asked Andy, puzzled.
"It matters a lot! Elemental Magic users can control one natural element out of the four, and she's an earth magic user. She might be the one who can tunnel us out so we can escape into the Isolation Zone. Before entry into the Zone, I would like you to negotiate with her."
Andy nodded, impressed with Kevin's plan. "Okay, let's do it."
"So, which one of us is going to the Isolation Zone?" asked Kevin eagerly, anxious to get started.
With a grin, Andy pulled a gold coin out of his pocket and asked, "Heads or tails?"
Understanding the game right away, Kevin quickly replied, "Heads."
The coin soared through the air, catching the sunlight as it descended to the ground with a clink, revealing that it had indeed landed tails.
"Well, well, well, looks like luck is not on your side today, my friend," Kevin chuckled with satisfaction after savoring his victory. Andy's face contracted in disappointment as he let out a "Damn!".
