Lily's POV
He called me sweetheart, yeah but he didn't seem so sweet about it though. As a matter of fact his tone was heavy with sarcasm. He probably didn't mean it though and even if he did it won't change anything.
The limo finally came to a stop after a long while. I stepped out of the car as he followed. Chris grabbed my wrist and hooked it around his arm as he led us to the door. I was surprised at first but I pushed away any stupid thoughts. I was here as his wife,
"Fake wife," my inner voice reminded me. Yeah fake wife. The smell of his cologne and aftershave filled my senses and instantly brought back memories that had my heart racing and my clit throbbing. He hadn't touched me since then, just like he told me.
"Put on your mask," his words yanked me back to reality as I flinched. I obeyed him immediately, putting on my black mask that was embroidered with delicate silver designs.
