" The potential sentences for their act will involve; expulsion from the national defence training program and expulsion from school. They'll serve 3-5 years imprisonment, Article 234, for involving in assault."
" 1-3 years imprisonment or fines, Article 44, for abandoning and neglecting comrades in distress. They can also face community service or probation"
" As the chief instructor, I also will serve internal disciplinary actions within the PLA as the person responsible or in charge, the action includes; my potential demotion or removal from position of the senior colonel of the army, and disciplinary dispatch for failing to ensure the students safety and supervision." he turned to the stunned principal.
" I hope you understand how grave this case is, don't even get me started on the pension plan for the victims"

Zhang Han snorted disdainfully, "You only care about the name of the school. Don't you even care about the privacy of the victims that'll be exposed, they won't live their lives as they used to, they'll have to face reporters asking tons of questions that'll make their head spin, almost every day."
He took a step closer to the principal and leaned in as he uttered, word for word, "Not only will the name of your precious school be marred, it probably would be shut down or suspended if the victim parents or guidance pursued the matter, I might even go to prison for carelessness… not just me and your school but, many innocent people will be dragged into the matter."
" I don't think you really understand how serious this is, the entire army will be criticized and questioned about our job as the security hold of the country, it might lead to civil unrest…" he stopped talking, having made his point clear, he took a step back and raised his head to look up at the sky, such a beautiful canvas of blue and white.
Principal Du Lang's face was as white as a paper sheet, he was trying to find his voice when he heard Zhang Han say, "The matter have been investigated and one of the victims have been interrogated, those three girls can't miss their punishments, no matter what!"
The poor principal was struck again, he could feel his BP rising, he quickly brought out his drugs from his pocket and munched on it.
He rose with the aid of the tree trunk, "Major Zhang, I will let the girls be punished according to your wishes, I'll inform their parents and of the victims too" he declared.
Something flashed in Zhang Han's eyes when he heard the principal mention parents, "They'll be taken to court, their fates will be sealed there" he responded, heartlessly.
The principal's heart tightened, "Court? Is it really necessary Major Zhang, haha, what if their parents inform the media?"
Zhang Han cast the principal a cold side way glance, "Court is very necessary Mr. Du, and their parents wouldn't dare inform the media… if they do not want to face social hatred and criticism from the netizens or even follow their wards to prison" he responded.
" Alright, alright" the principal chuckled nervously, wiping his sweat, "I will… I will go check on the victims before I speak with the perpetrators." He said.
" Hm, I'll take you there" Zhang Han responded and they left.
