Josh walked Jessica to her house. "Don't forget what I said," Josh said, ruffling her hair.
"I don't need advice," Jessica said, closing the door.
"Baby, where have you been," Her mom said, serving dinner.
"Where else would I be if not Josh," Jessica rolled her eyes.
"Call your dad out for dinner," Her mom said, ignoring her attitude.
After dinner, the whole family sat down for a movie; it was a family tradition from her mother's side. It was her dad's turn to pick a movie, so he picked The Truman Show. Her mind was blown away by how the movie turned out.
*let's think about what Josh said, he wasn't lying, what should I make of this discovery? * Jessica thought deeply.
She tossed around her bed, thinking about Josh's statement.
*Should I put it into practice; let's wait till tomorrow to talk more about this*
Instead of sleeping, she looked through her social media, looking up interesting stuff. She giggled and kicked her feet watching funny videos but got bored fast and decided to read. She stayed up late till around three am before deciding to sleep.
Jessica woke up to a loud banging
"Who is it?" She grumbled.
"Hey, kiddo, you going to sleep your whole day like a deadman? Josh has been waiting for you for some time," Her dad said, hitting the door.
"I would be out in an hour," Jessica yelled, stretching her body.
Jessica and Josh sat down at the park, watching those children run around giggling and playing until they heard a child cry.
"So disturbing," Josh groaned.
"you talk as if you aren't going to be a dad," Jessica said.
"That's why I am trying to get used to it," Josh sighed.
"let's move to the important topic of today," Josh said, clearing his throat.
"Everybody daydreams right," Josh said, the beginning of a long talk.
