How had I ended up here again. I could have sworn the plan that they had gone over with me last night required me to be out on patrol with my brothers so that alpha Rogan didn't try to suspect me of being involved.
So, when I got a call this morning from Eren to come over to Dylan's house and to bring both of my brothers with me, I had no idea what I would be walking in to, but this was definitely not what I had anticipated.
Almost before I walked inside the house, I was hit upside the head by the mate bond that was lingering in the air like a damn smoke signal. I was going to ignore it, but it seems my little brother couldn't.
"Jeeze, they should have given us a warning. I feel like we might be walking into something none of us has any business seeing right now." I smacked Nico on the back of the head, but he wasn't wrong.
