He would simply look for every dungeoneer within the country. Of the five thousand dungeoneers within the country of Japan, only one thousand nine hundred of them are female. People might think that because they were in Japan, almost everyone would have black hair, but thanks to quirks, people started having all types of hair, and of them, only half of the have black hair.
So he only needed to scan a thousand of them and he could filter the strong from the weak. If they were weak in any way he would throw them aside.
He walked down the street. He felt the presence of five basics within the city, and they all have black hair, so he would need to see if they are the ones.
He marched through the streets, keeping an eye on them. They only continued to talk with each other while Izuku slowly closed in on them. He soon made it around the corner of their conversation. They were talking about their experiences in the dungeon.
A very predictable thing for dungeoneers. He observed them from the corner and as they talked, the more Izuku was convinced they weren't the one. He left the group to their devices when suddenly he felt the presence of another person. She was much stronger than the others that were currently talking.
She had power, much more than any others. More than any normal dungeoneer. Around the fifth stage of basic.
He used his magic and looked to who the person was, it was a black haired woman with a scar over one of her eyes. It was a large scar that seemed to also cut into the eye.
She was mature and healthy, full of muscles and power within her. Her dressing was like a gym or yoga clothing. Her black hair was tied into a ponytail. She walked with great authority and pride.
'She must be the target.' Izuku thought. If it wasn't, well, happy accidents. He gathered his aura into one hand before he slashed the girl in half. No one had seen him do it, in fact, in the view point of others, it looked like Izuku had flicked his finger. Five seconds later the girl died. Just like that, the death of someone.
When he noticed that nothing happened with the system he just walked away from the victim and started to search for the next possible target.
He traveled the country, killing dozens of females with a core and had black hair, in fact, he even gotten a name for it. The Shredder, mainly because of the stat of their body when they are found. He would basically shred them to bits before leaving.
He really wanted that dungeon, so he continued to butcher the people, having no care for when or what they are going through. He soon met another dungeoneer that was walking down the streets of a city. He just killed her and went about my day, when it said he completed the mission. I looked at the person I killed, she looked so meek, so weak, so pathetic, I wasn't sure how she was the target.

[ Nip a bud before it grows. Assassinate the strong female dungeoneer at the basic tier. When she grows up, she will grow to become a hero the shadows themselves would fear.
Reward: Dungeon ]
Well, he didn't care, if he got what he wanted, he got it. Simple as that, he left the city he was in and started to plan for the next dungeon he will make.
He had a good idea, after all, he still had Senso Tsuyoi sitting and collecting dust. So why not use him. He was undead after all, so why not an undead dungeon.
It would take a while, but it should be very fun. But before all of that, the UA entrance exam is soon, and he had a debt to repay. Even if it wasn't to that specific person, because of his alternate universe self, he would get a one way trip to hell.
He started to skip around, all the way to the entrance exam of the school. The best school in the world for heroes. UA high.
He turned invincible before he went into the school. He could easily pass through everything that tried to get in his way. He could hear the hero Present Mic giving a speech to a bunch of students. He was trying to inspire them for their tests. Telling them to give their all.
The students then started to form lines and entered a bunch of buses. And the one Bakugo was in was entering was going to site B. So Izuku followed the bus to the site. It was a bit hard, but since the puppet was not living, the puppet didn't tire so he could run the entire way to the site.
He made it to the site soon as the students were already released. The kids were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Attacking anything they could like wild beasts. Well, since they wanted to be like beasts, they can experience what it really is like when fighting a beast.
He bought a single use pack of lycans. He then released them upon the students, the lycans immediately followed his orders and started to charge towards the students.
Roars sounded out as the lycans started their attack. A student was taking out robots when he saw a horde of lycans charging towards him. At first he thought it was just a person with a mutation quirk, but soon realized it wasn't that. He soon realized something was off.
The horde of lycans were around fifty meters away when he started to really run away. A dozen faux villains tried to attack them but was soon beaten and destroyed before the lycan mob continued their attack.
"Security Level 3 Broken, All Students, Please evacuate the site."
"Security Level 3 Broken, All Students, Please evacuate the site."
"Security Level 3 Broken, All Students, Please evacuate the site."
"Security Level 3 Broken, All Students, Please evacuate the site."
The speakers were blasted on full throttle. All the students knew what this meant, someone has broken into the school and was most probably now attacking other students, that this was not a drill and that they could die if they don't get away.
So panic forced everyone to run. They charged all towards the gates and tried to get out even if it meant pushing someone to the ground.
The teachers in the judging room had already dashed off and were trying to get to the site but it would take a while before they could get there. But they had seen what was attacking them, a bunch of wolf like humans. Lycans or werewolves. Either way, they knew about the dungeons and the monsters that dwelled within.
And the lycan were ones that were common in the dungeon in Africa. They had seen a video take from a helicopter about the damages a dungeon ride might create, and it was terrible. One of the first ever videos that was on the internet of a drubbing tide was of one in Africa when a horde of lycans charging a city, the people were butchered. Even the soldiers in the city were killed. The monsters had no concept of fear. A human will freeze up, stun, or whatever you call it, they become inactive, but the monsters would charge forward even if they knew death was right in front of them.
They saw as the monsters would raise their living comrades and use them as shields, and monsters would not protest but some even seem to volunteer to be a shield, and they saw as the monsters that act like shields would even try to attack any humans if they were able to.
Soon other videos of dungeon tides in Africa appeared, it was all similar, beast and human like monsters charging into cities and towns and butchering the people. Some were just naked, but others wore clothing and armor. They used weapons and used them well. They had techniques and finesse in wielding their weapons. They could easily kill the people they were near, in fact, the helicopters that most videos were taken from were also attacked with arrows. Each arrow that managed to land would severely damage them, piercing over two inches deep.
Even worse than that were the ones found on the second floor, monsters there were much more intelligent and capable. The monsters that used weapons on the first floor were like people who trained for a few months with the weapons, but these used weapons for seemingly years.
And for some worse and others better were the intelligent sub-humans, or the like. The Americans with their dwarves, China had their gnomes. Korea had elves and Africa with beast men.
But the worse part were the names monsters. Monsters so powerful they have individual names specifically for them. China had the three shroom men, Wizshard, Flying Tiger, and Misty Death, and the three Terracotta warriors, Yue Fei, Xiang Yu, and Xue Rengui.
America has Orich, an orc chief, Carl, the giant earth warm, and Drake, a wyvern, Halna, the Great Mountain Bear, and Chunk, the yeti that watches the mountains.
Korea has Diablo, a giant python, Basilisk, a venomous and poisonous lizard, Anna, an elf good with the bow, and Cirdan, and elvish warrior.
And finally Africa had the worst of them all, having nine names monsters. Luna, a powerful moon wolf, Aslan, a lion with flame like mane, Arch, a powerful bull, Rail, a super large owl, Alder, a queen ant capable of making hundreds of monster ants, Shalk, a giant tortoise,Tusk, a strong boar, Hip, a hippo made of water, and Leo, a lion beast men that leads the beast men attacks against humans.
And if they saw it correctly, it was a group of lycans attacking the students. They were one of the weakest of the beast like monsters, but they could still shred the students to bits. And if a beast man was leading them, then this is a serious matter. A dungeon will spew monsters, that means the monsters will not spawn out of a certain length of distance away from the dungeon, which is generally around a hundred kilometers max. And Africa is much further than that, so that means someone brought them here. Or they traveled here on their own, but that is not possible, Japan has hundred of boats floating around the parameters of the country, and Musutafu is currently far from any shore and the school has monitors watching everywhere, even the places surrounding the sites and those alarms have yet to ring, that means someone let these monsters in.
But how, and why.
