A breath-taking land covered the fields. Wind dancing. In the middle of a quiet and peaceful field layed a boy. His eyes shut, perfectly tranquil. The sun gleamed and whispered funny tales to the boy in his slumber. His white hair glistened and flowed like water in the air. His tan skin, soft face and kind expression talked to the sun. He looked crafted from God's hands directly. The sound of rustling leaves soon disturbed the peace. Now alerted the boy slowly rose from his sleeping position, his eyes opened. They revealed his black eyes. Despite his beautiful complexion, his eyes seemed dull and soulless. A empty void. The boy looked up to see where this disturbance came from.
"Hi…." The boy mumbled to a tall well built man, with brown hair and gentle brown eyes. The boy adverted his gaze. 'I typically don't get caught' the boy thought. The guilt on the boy's face was beaming. "Sorry, Father." Although the two seemed completely different in looks that man was the boy's father. "You aren't in trouble, but..." The man paused. "You can't just avoid training, I know you don't like it but…"The man paused again. "Seth, you're our only hope at a good life." Seth looked away "I know." He mumbled under his breath,Seth felt guilty. Seth sticks his hand in the air to feel the wind wrap around his arm. "Nature's beautiful, right father?". The boy's father nodded quietly.

Morning struck. Seth yawned and scratched his head a little. Seth walked around his house carelessly. He noticed how quiet it was today. Seth walked outside. He found his father talking to a mysterious man. "Father, who's…" The boy was shushed. He looked away like he was convicted of a crime. The man and his father kept talking, Seth didn't care to pay attention and just quietly waited for his father to finish. "Boy, this man will take you to mage school to understand your magic better." Seth's father announced. Seth froze 'Mage…school' this thought shivered down his spine. Despite knowning he had potential for magic. He didn't like the idea of a bunch of rich kids he thought they were mean. Perhaps maybe some poor kids like him but still. "Father do I have too?" He looked down. Seth already knew the answer, he just wanted to hear his father say it himself. Instead of giving a response. He nodded. Seth was taken aback. It didn't matter now to Seth. He was going to be sent to Mage school.
