Seth dusted himself off. Wiped the blood away from his nose. Fluttering his eyes a couple times he examined his body. He had a couple scrapes and scratches on him. He grinned. 'Wow that was way cooler than I expected' Seth quietly gloated to himself. "Dude….I didn't know you had an Ice ability too?" Steph walked over in amazement. He was jaw-dropped. Steph blurted out. "You have to teach me how to do that.". Seth's face turn bright red. He didn't know how exactly he did that, but he couldn't just tell him that. "Yeah…sure." Seth mumbled. It was Steph's turn. He tried mimicking Seth's move but failed almost hurting himself. Steph walked away disappointed with himself muttering words.

Seth was put in the nurse's office to heal up. Although he didn't receive much damage they just wanted to make sure he was in perfect condition. He laid in the nurse's bed looking up at the ceiling. Closing his eyes breathing in the fresh air. He felt accomplished. He grew a mini sense of pride. 'Maybe this school won't be so bad.' He had felt better after realizing he won't be picked on for being weak. This has been one of Seth's main reasons why he didn't even want to go to the school. The problem had fixed itself so he could peacefully rest. The sound of a door opening broke the silence in the room. "Hey, Is Seth here?". Seth instantly realized who had come into his room. That annoying kid from earlier. He scooted up in his bed to look at him. "What do YOU want." He remarked. Steph face turned red. He felt guilty. "Yeah, about earlier I'm sorry.". Seth smirked. "You're just apologizing now?". Steph grew quiet. He mumbled a quiet "Yes.". Seth felt kind of bad. "Yeah sorry I didn't mean to come off that rude.". Steph looked down. "So could you." Seth cut his sentence out. "Didn't I already say yes?" They both grinned. Seth fully got up from the bed, he walked over to Steph. 'Even if this kid was a bit rude earlier maybe I could get to know him'. Seth liked to see the good in people sometimes. Since he apologized for his behavior earlier he thought maybe he could help out Steph. That is, if he could. Seth still had no idea how he performed his magic skill earlier. So agreeing to help Steph seemed pretty useless.

The next test begins. "Students, we will now test your speed and stamina." The balding man's voice pierced Seth's head. He disliked his voice. He grew to find it quite annoying. Seth watched as other students went before him. Noticeably "Elizabeth Altruist". She had to ability to increase her speed by setting her feet on fire. She would pick up momentum by blasting her body forward using her fire magic. It was an interesting way to use her fire magic. More people went. Seth was set to go last because of injuries last time he went. Just before him was Steph. Steph walked over to the dummy. He grinned. This would be his chance to show off his skills to Seth. The grass froze beneath him. Water and Ice particles formed. Steph hand's glowed a nice blue hue. He looked down. A surge of enegry blasted up! Steph raised his feet creating an ice slide to navigate. The test was to avoid being attacked by the dummy with earth magic. So far students "Elizabeth A, Zachery M, and Ken V had performed the best on this test.". Steph was doing quite well despite asking Seth for help a mere hour ago. He gracefully slid across the floor with his ice using his water to increase his speed. He would shoot his water then freeze it. *Bzzt* The dummy launched a quick mud ball right into Steph's face knocking him down and ending his test! "Damn." Steph clenched his face for a second. He rubbed the dirt off his face. Steph fully cleaned himself off and stood up. "Did you see that Seth?" Steph beaming at him. Seth felt a bit embarrassed but nodded. 'guess i'm next up.' Seth walked up to the dummy. He examined his surroundings. Thinking of a plan. "Alright I'm ready to begin the test". Seth looked up. There, his plan started.
