"Do I want to know what a lawyer and a doctor are?" Serena chimed in from behind Dante, who was facing Sia.
"I am already reeling from the facts about humans you bestowed upon me a moment ago. I used to think they were such helpless creatures. They still are, but now I see they are also vile," Serena mused, her voice barely above a whisper.
Sia heard her only because she was sitting on the sofa perpendicular to Serena's.
Serena scoffed, "And here I used to despise our kind. At least we pursue one another for something substantial enough to make or break worlds and galaxies. At least power is not as flimsy as a meal," she nodded enthusiastically as if realizing her kind was infinitely better than humans.
"That doesn't sound any better for you guys either," Sia argued quickly.
