Midnight.
Sia entered the study room that also served as a small library with a few book shelves housing a good amount of books.
She often found solace in this place when she needed it ever since as a kid she fell in love with reading books. Mr. Winthrope, Teresa's father was kind enough to allow her in here whenever she wished to read.
Today was one of those days she needed to put things in her mind to rest, for that she just needed to add more information into her brain because that always worked for her.
Heavy curtains were drawn over the sun light outside, casting the room with darkness and gloom when she entered.
"Oh hell, it's gravely dark in here." Sia muttered to no one in particular and went to draw back the drapes. She only managed to remove one when a peculiar sound coming somewhere in the corner of the large room caught her attention.
