CHAPTER 49 : QUIET ACTIVE FOR EARLY MORNING
"Can you see what time it is right now?! Ugh.. this is your last time, babygirl. I won't entertain this again." Alexander said before picking up his phone.
"Wai… wait.. what did you mean by last time? How can you be so insensitive!" Eleanora said, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.
The last week had been barely breathable with Alexander by her side. He would get angry from time to time, scare the hell out of her, be normal again and this whole thing would keep playing on loop.
Thankfully the nurses came twice to take her on a walk, saving her some time from Alexander who wasn't supposed to move his leg due to a fracture.
"You are being insensitive here, not me." Alexander said, his voice getting colder as he typed something before a call went through.
"How can you say that? And who are you calling? Didn't I ask you to press the emergency bell! Why would you-"
