It been five days since we called the main house and told them about our whereabout and now I'm starting to think maybe they aren't even coming again.meanwhile,Sarah was busy jubilating about the fact that we are not leaving any time soon, Even John is also quite happy that we've not left them yet and now the two couples- especially sarah - have been trying to be more friendly, trying to convince us to stay permanently with them.i love them and all but I miss my besties.i would like to call them and tell them everything that happened, they'll be worried about me.nomally when they call,I always send them a text that I'm busy but I haven't even had a chance to talk to them.we were currently in the dinning eating lunch.sarah made a local snacks for us and it was superb.
"do you two like the snack" Sarah asked.
"um yeah,it delicious...very" I said
"don't worry,I can always make it for you two anytime."
I cleared my throat loudly.
"I don't think we're staying here for that long but yeah we could always eat your delicious food while we are here"
"don't think like that,your family might have even forgotten about you."
"sure, whatever you say"
"ohh and one more thing, I wanted to ask if you could knit a sweater for me with my initials?."
"oh my,I will love to!!!!"
"just give me a few days and I'll be done."
"errrrr...sure"
"I would love to also be the one to knit your baby's scarf"
"Sarah we are still young to have children and beside I'm not even pregnant!!"
"well let me tell you something,I got married at age twenty and had our first child at the age of twenty-one so age is just a number and why are you not pregnant,is something wrong with either of you that delaying a child?"
"tell me about it" I finally heard Dante's voice.
"dear Sarah,there is nothing wrong with us.trust me."
"let me ask you something,how old are you two presently?"
"um I'm twenty eight...by July,i will be twenty nine."
"well I'm thirty two years" Dante spoke up again.he seemed to be really concentrating on his food. Sarah made a dramatic fall before standing up back.
"Sarah!! are you okay?"
"I'm fine...why are you two so old!!!!! don't you two want to have a child?"
"umm we will when the time is right"
"John get me my spatula,which time is right!! you're meant to have a child nowwww.the time is right already!!!!"
I was pretty stunned at her outburst.i looked at Dante for help and even he looked surprised.
*knock knock knock*
there was a sudden knock on the door......
