Chapter 1 - It Is Real

The northern part of the university was abuzz. for the first time in a millennia, certain distinguished individuals made their way in the university. Their stature was no joke, some of the strongest, most powerful and dangerous people in the galaxy had decided to attend the event, and for a good reason.

After Seventy eight long years the photos and videos and all the other essential data sent to the Northern Chaflik university had finally been rendered and the results were of great importance. The great white halls were too crowded but the whole synchronization achieved by the great technology and orthodox meant that as much as a simple brush with the shoulders were part of fiction. Merchants, Politicians, Scientists, Artists, everyone knew that the stakes would never grow higher than this. This was one of the few rare events that still mattered to the society. So much so that for the first time the hall was programmed to display white, a color which still meant sanctity. A sort of purity only possible when you scientifically absolve any impurities. There were no chairs or seating positions as it was deemed a waste of space since many centuries ago standing was made much more comfortable than merely sitting on a bench, using muscle conditioning and clothing support. But still excitement could not be contained about the event even with this vast scientific advances to improve comfort.

"Few Huncans have the thought to finally come to terms with the supremacy of the Khonrur now," spoke an extremely rich gentleman, Khonrur Ambassador for international affairs, Geobt Karl. His rich moustache and detailed face structure, was partly due to the massive advancements in de-aging tech, and partly due to the real 'work' of his being scheming how to win the favor of the overlanders.

"They ought to have known their place long before the trade wars even began, they had no idea that we are the ones who would actually land in succession to the overlanders should it come to it", continued the war general, Lopin Gtaz. There was no doubt a rising question on dominance as tensions were sure to destabilize economies irrespective of whether the chambers of Trucia contained answers or not.

"Maybe we should ask whether they still believe in God?", one yelled out, and everyone laughed finding the idea of a higher being ruling them childish and unimaginable. However, what they didn't in the least expect was the tale that shook the world was very much an effect of power they couldn't reason with.

In a faraway location from the hall, in the Chaflik lab, covered head to toe in protective suit one person started shivering. The researchers working there were pale and had lost hope, almost as if they had perceived some sort of danger too big to hide from. Many holograms were placed each forming some sort of illusion, the illusion of a live Trucia. It was mesmerizing and horrifying to actually look into the past way farther than what was previously possible.

The simulation was stopped and the vacuum doors opened, allowing the specimen in the study to glow a faint white. The guy himself, Professor Khane, the one with the breakthrough idea which actually managed to bring the specimens to sampling station much faster than the speed of light would ever allow, was terrified. "It is real!" he said, falling down from his chair and crashing his head. ''Its structure is the same."

When Khane received the first ever report of recognized artefacts, he was flabbergasted. The name of the beings mentioned in there was real. The threats that this mission had carried all along became evident. If this was real, the power a single Trucia baby would carry could wipe a city off the face of this planet. Since the planet was real and values were real. It's existence was proof enough. As long as every single thing that happened in the universe happened, It was real. Twenty thousand years after the last recorded prayer, Khane understood, Gods existed, they were real...
