I should hope that Barry's help does not lead to anything sexual but I could not hope for that. I wanted something more. Something dangerous.
"How are you gonna help me?" I asked suspiciously.
He smiled already tapping his fingers on his phone. "Why do you sound like I'm planning to eat you up?"
I sucked in a sharp breath. "Well are you really planning to eat me up?"
He paused his fingers on his phone and lifted his head to connect his glinting eyes with my gaze. "You like it when I eat you?"
"Goddess of the fucking moon! Barry! I don't mean it that way!" I exclaimed "You just sounded like the old Barry that usually have something in store for me"
I wondered why my mouth decided to lack control in Barry's presence.
"You missed the old Barry?" He questioned with uncertainty.
I waved my hands casually "Forget about the things I said"
