Waking up with a beauty in his arms sent a giddy feeling through Nate. Ah, this will never get old, he thought, imagining a future where he might wake up surrounded by even more beautiful women.
Just as he began to indulge in that particular fantasy, Gwen's eyes fluttered open. Spotting the perverted grin on Nate's face, she immediately pinched him back to reality.
"What were you thinking about?" she asked, her eyes narrowing in suspicion.
"Uh, just about how smart and beautiful you are," Nate quickly replied.
Still not fully convinced, Gwen kept her gaze locked on him. "I bet you were thinking of something perverted."
Chuckling softly at the jealousy in his wife's eyes, Nate decided to tease her. "Well, it would be a bit strange not to have perverted thoughts with my beautiful wife in my arms."
