Bowing down before the almighty Meloni, Nate and Ian were sweating bullets as their minds raced to come up with witty retorts and quick defenses.
"Well, this wasn't exactly supposed to happen," Ian chuckled nervously as another painting crashed to the ground behind him. "Just a tiny mishap, my dear granddaughter."
Meloni's fierce stance faltered as she erupted into raucous laughter, her voice bouncing off the walls. "Ha, you guys can just pay to fix it!"
"Well for now on no magic training indoors or Edward might just kill you both himself" She added with a snort.
Nate swept a lock of his shoulder-length black hair from his eyes, the emerald green glinting with an unspoken apology as he and Ian turned to Meloni once more. "We truly didn't mean to cause such a ruckus, Meloni," he said, the sincerity in his voice not quite masking the impatience to move on to the next task at hand.
