Chapter 1
(Achamo,Lotos,Horos, Metrikos and Nojo the maid)
Achamo decided to take a seat while Lotos demonstrated the defeat of Cruzo after he lost to Bythugus and Bardelos.
Lotos saids, "Cruzo couldn't withstand the power of his siblings, so he released the Klipkrakies beast on the celestial army. Bythugus also released the Valkyrie onto his armies of Klipkrakies."
Achamo,"Are the Valkyries that powerful?"
"Bythugus created them to be perfect, but it's said," he said as he came closer to his sister and whispered his words into her ear.
"It's said that he copied the creation of Valkyrie from his brother Cruzo."
Achamo tilted her head thinking "Then who created the rest of Halos?"
Lotos said "Bythugus, and the other Gods from Magnum Opus, but the creation of the Valkyrie was his last perfection."
Then he joined her at the beautiful view of the heavenly realm as it stood tall; by its shimmering waters, Achamo watched her etheric pale skin, contemplating being great like the old gods. Lotos decided to distract her by scattering the calm waters.
"Sometimes I wonder why I'm the only pale one amongst our siblings," she said.
Lotos didn't respond at first, then he said,
"One day we are going to ride a ballistic reptile together."
Achamo stared at her brother's blue skin, wishing she was like him at some point. Later, her eyes drifted to the sight of the river that oversees the heavens, a place where the heavens touch the endless waters. It was said to be a place where the first ballistic reptiles breathed their first life into existence with the help of chaos. And soon, a new world would be created, dividing the god realm and anti-god realms alike.
Achamo had witnessed seventeen Saha cycles in the heavens, equivalent to seventeen earthly years.
She hailed from the City of Thrones of the Celestial Hierarchy.
Achamo stood up and walked to an oak tree close to the river. Looking at the tree, she climbed it, searching for something unseen.
Lotos turned towards her direction, noticing his sister doing what she did the night before. Now done with the searching, she decided to admire the dark void of the night.
She witnessed the birth of new stars and the death of old stars.
Then, she dropped down from the tree and joined her brother back at the waters.
" Why worry sister," he said "your time will come."
"I want my time now, I need my gift," she said.
Lotos understood her frustration.
"Patience is a seed given to yield fruit, but it has to fortify its roots within the grounds before it sees the light."
Achamo giggles as she responded ,"The roots, you say."
Achamo opened her eyes and noticed the floral stain on the ceiling of her room.
She waited on her bed as the bright stars shone their light into the room.
Still on her bed, she noticed the manly sounds of her brothers' training.
She sat up, and Lotos' words rang into her mind.
She knew she had to find the roots to every cause in her life. The sounds from her brothers were distracting.
She stood, staring at her room, thinking about its mess. She walked over to the window to steal a glance at her brothers' training.
She kept watching and saw her father in his sturdy form looking serious and seem prepared for anything, who she guessed decided to watch them today because it was Horos's initiation into the family pantheon.
Horos looked manlier as he trains with Metrikos.
In her list of brothers, Metrikos was the one who despised her, perhaps because my late mother was a second wife or maybe because I haven't activated my gift yet.
Her father looked towards her window, and she immediately hid to avoid being caught.
Her father had noticed her and smiled for a second turning his attention back to the ongoing duel.
Horos swung his sword, and Metrikos dodged to his left, launching towards his brother Horos with a knee.
Horos became emotional by this attack, losing his composure and coming after Metrikos, abandoning his first stance as a swordsman.
However, their father stopped the spar before it escalated.
"Okay, boys, that's enough for the morning. Horos, go prepare for your initiation."
Unsatisfied with the outcome, Horos charged up his syzygy at his brother Metrikos. Meanwhile, the servants around them were about to intervene, but they received a signal to wait.
Aware of his brother's trickery, Metrikos used his sword to stab the syzygy. Horos felt a wave of pain after Metrikos stabbed his syzygy, causing it to dissolve into nothingness.
Their father, observing the display of egos, stepped in, picking up Horos from the ground.
"Horos, as a warrior," he said "you shouldn't let your emotions determine the outcome of your battles, especially when resorting to using your gifts.
Carrying Horos, who was leaping from the effects of the spar, their father glanced at Metrikos with disdain.
Metrikos gave him a smug look and left the sparring court, heading into the Hyrisia building.
Achamo watched as her father carried Horos from the sparring court, followed by the rest of the servants. A knock on her door brought her back to her own world.
She rushed to pick up things in her room, including a nightstand gifted to her by her aunt.
Peeking through the keyhole, she saw it was her maid, who kept knocking.
"I know you can see me, Achamo. Open the door now; there's no time for hide and seek, young lady. Your father requests an audience with you," her maid said with a stern to her tone.
Peeking again, Achamo saw her maid with a golden outfit. The maiden waited outside as other maids passed, giving them a nod of greetings.
Finally, Achamo opened the door for her to enter. As she stepped into her room, Achamo decided to surprise her with a right hook attack to her jaw. The maid parried with her right arm, aware of Achamo's impressive skills in Krav Maga. They engaged in a brief sparring session, but the maid's lower strike to Achamo's shin caught her off guard.
Achamo was surprised as she hit the floor, creating a noise heard from the next floor. Other maids, a mix of fey and nymphs, left by the sound as they passed Metrikos, holding a drink.
He passed but was pulled into a room by a female being who began making out with him.
Inside Achamo's room, the maid attended to her face that had a slight swell. She used an ointment from her little vine branch, and the bruise on Achamo's pale facial skin disappeared.
The maid watched Achamo and saw glimpses of her mother in the girl.
" You look so much like your mum, but lighter than she was," she said hoping hadn't triggered her.
Achamo's countenance changed after hearing the same thing she always hears from people who knew her mum.
She struggled to remember her mum's features, but everything seemed blurry whenever she tried to fix her mind's eye on them.
The maid noticed Achamo's changing emotions. As a nymph of the dryads race, she could notice when gods and goddesses, like Achamo of the city of thrones, changed their emotions.
The nymphs are a sub race of amongst the three major branch of major races known as Halos.
The Thrones, third among the nine hierarchies, had her father as the All-Father, and Achamo was the only little female and goddess among twelve male brothers. And some of her brother never saw her as one of the pantheon, some say because of her skin and some say because of her lack of a syzygy.
"Achamo, we are getting late," she said "We have no time for this, my dear. You are a goddess;"
the maid keept reminding her while picking up her left over clothes from the corners "you shouldn't be doing so many masculine activities. You aren't like your brothers."
Achamo, looking pissed, sat on her bed. The maid came forward and stood before her.
"Because you don't know what you want," the maid trying make understand "and you have your father and brothers to take care of you."
Achamo revolts "I don't want all of you to take care of me; I just wish mother was here."
Achamo lay on her bed, gazing at her golden dress.
The maid walked to the window and saw Metrikos and Pelucia entering a flying saucer. They both left, and she crossed eyes with Peculiar, who acted like she didn't see her. Turning towards the door, and said.
"My goddess, please get ready. The ship will be arriving to take you to the Centurion City for the ceremony," The maid says calmly.
Achamo raised her thumb in agreement. Achamo thought to herself as she saw the drawing of her mum on her ceiling, knowing it wasn't a good representation of her mum, she thought to herself, were there trying to alter her skin colour or what was the point she tries to figure taking a better view tilting her head.
She also saw the night star when her mother gave life to her. The wall illustrated the story of her family on the night they were attacked by a primordial archenemy of the all gods called the Prince of Darkness.
The Prince of Darkness is one of the children of Cruzo and Chaos. Cruzo is one of the original gods of the major three gods: Bythugus and Bardelos.
Bythgus and Bardelos exist outside the original realm after their ascension. Cruzo sought to achieve omnipotence but couldn't because he didn't put in the work like his siblings. He was approached by Chaos, the ancient mother of the ballistic reptile, who gave him power beyond imagination. Something happened, but that part is still unknown.
