"I won't need a canvas to finish you, nor will I require a weapon to seal the evil in this place." Anton walked towards Charlie, who was powerless, kneeling on the ground due to the silver bond he had placed on her wrists.
Truth be told, Anton had a simple way to solve this not-so-major problem at hand. The only reason he hadn't done anything yet was that this family needed to witness with their own eyes that what was happening in this house was real.
This would save a lot of trouble for the management team to have them sign the confidentiality contract, which needed to be finalized by the management team responsible for returning the lives of those affected by dark entities to normal.
Anton not only thought about finishing the job but also about helping other people so they wouldn't have major complications.
"Priest, we've heard about you, supposedly taking care of evil in this world rotten by the same humans you defend. I wonder how you feel about it." Charlie raised her face to look at Anton, who was approaching.
But he didn't say a word; instead, he walked behind her and, holding onto her shirt, began to drag her towards one of the rooms.
"What are you doing?" Annie, who was aware of the problem, still couldn't help but feel bad about how they were treating her beloved daughter's body.
She didn't know what would happen next, but she wouldn't let her daughter be harmed simply and without reason.
"He's going to exorcise the evil spirit inside your daughter's body; he's saving her." Akira looked at Annie, who hadn't calmed down since it all started.
Knowing what was happening, if Annie interrupted the exorcism, she had the right to kill her.
Nothing could stop an exorcist priest from doing their job; this would give them the authority to end the lives of troublesome civilians.
In this job, they not only ensure the safety of the affected family but also that of others. Therefore, if saving hundreds of families is better than saving one, then the answer to what can be done in certain situations will be known.
People are idiots by nature, which is precisely why they can't be trusted because mistakes are subject to varying results.
Akira had thought about this scenario and concluded that it would be better to eliminate threats.
"If you interfere, you'll get into trouble and won't save your daughter. Believe me when I say that nothing or no one can save you." Said Akira, who entered the room to help Anton with whatever he needed.
But upon entering, she saw something she would never forget, and that was Charlie's completely contorted body.
"Will she be okay?"
Anton turned and nodded. "When a body is possessed, the one in control tends to do truly strange things, but once the evil is removed, everything will return to normal."
After saying this, he walked to Charlie's side, who was now possessed by her grandmother, and said, "Alright, let's begin."
"Go to hell, Priest, trash; I'll kill you like they did with your damn god crucified on a cross."
"Your name is Ellen, right?" Anton activated his Hand of God ability as his blood dripped from the cross on the palm of his hand and onto his forehead.
"Go to hell!"
Anton closed his eyes, began to use his divine energy and his blood as if it were acid, and started burning Charlie's forehead, who immediately began screaming in pain.
"Aaaahhhhh!!!"
"You know how this ends, Ellen; now, I can let you go without suffering, but you must tell me the name of the demon you were trying to invoke." Anton shouted with powerful authority in his voice, causing things in his surroundings to start trembling.
Akira, who was on the side, simply watched this with a huge impression on her face.
"There's no need to know its name; he will visit you sooner or later."
"Arghhhhhh!!!"
Anton wanted to know the name of the demon this woman was trying to invoke in her nephew's body, but he knew things were getting complicated when he felt this woman's resistance to pain.
"Get out of my daughter's body!!!" Annie shouted upon seeing her daughter Charlie floating on the bed to which she had been tied.
This scene was too visual to bear for long.
Anton let out a sigh. "Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our deaths. Amen."
"Ahhhhhhh!!!!"
"Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy. Our lives, sweetness, and hope hail. To thee we cry, banished sons of Eve. To thee we sigh, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us. And after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary."
The only reason he was using this method of exorcism was that he was mocking this woman, who seemed to believe he was a Christian exorcist.
"Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God!"
"That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ."
Response: Amen."
Boom! Boom! Boom!
All the walls of the room began to creak as if something were trying to enter from outside.
"That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ."
Response: Amen."
"Arghhhhh!!!"
Anton, with a cruel look on his face, waved his hand and muttered, "Now get out of this body, Ellen."
