A few minutes ago.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"What the hell is going on?" Tony parked outside the federal building, where there was a public library. His eyes were filled with horror as he heard all those shots in the distance.
As he walked past the security fence, he noticed a man in the distance still moving and quickly approached him. "Don't move; help is on the way, so hang in there."
"You're not an agent..." The soldier murmured upon seeing Tony, who was a civilian.
Confused, Tony raised his badge and said, "I'm a violent crimes detective; you can trust me!"
"You..."
Tony approached the man as if wanting to hear his words better, but knowing that something strange was happening, he didn't know what this man wanted to tell him.
"Run from here, or you'll die," murmured the man as he slowly closed his eyes, still clinging to life.
"What's inside there?" Tony demanded an answer to his question, but seeing that the man had stopped breathing, he knew he had died.
Picking up a shotgun lying on the ground, he looked at the logo on the shotgun's grip that read: 'Devastation of Light.' Confused, Tony took out his phone and called the police.
"Zz... Emerge, what's your problem?"
"I'm Detective... Hello? Can you hear me?" Tony lowered his phone, knowing that no one was listening. So he decided to walk elsewhere to find an entrance to the building and figure out what was happening.
"Zz... Set up the barriers and seal the place; we'll stop the demon here."
Tony stopped and looked at the radio on the ground, so recognizing Anton's voice, he tried to listen to anything else that was being broadcast.
"Zz... Seal the parking lot; get ready to place the barrier."
"Parking lot..." Tony ran towards the parking lot, initially taking a long time to find the entrance, but after at least a few minutes, he managed to see the entrance, which was completely illuminated.
On the entrance floor, there was a kind of polished metal that extended from the entrance to the surroundings of the parking lot, as if someone had intentionally placed this polished metal.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
But at that moment, Tony ran towards a concrete wall when he heard the series of shots that were happening.
A few minutes later, he heard a very familiar voice calling him. "Tony, I'm here..."
"Jack? Is that you?" Tony walked among the cars, afraid that a shot might hit him by mistake. When he looked up, he was frozen.
Jack, whom he held dear, appeared by his side. He opened his mouth, and before Tony could make a move, he had been slowly swallowed by the demon that now controlled Jack like a puppet.
...
Boom!
"Ceasefire!" Anton shouted as he wiped the blood that covered half of his vision.
Crack!
At that moment, a sound similar to chewing meat was heard behind the curtain of darkness. Losing patience, Anton waved his hand, and a light completely eliminated the darkness surrounding him.
Roarrrrr!
However, upon hearing that enormous roar, Anton, who reacted slowly, received a powerful blow to his stomach that sent him flying backward, and he didn't stop until he hit a truck.
Looking blurry at what was coming out of that curtain of darkness, Anton was stunned when he saw the demon in its original form coming out without any injuries.
"I never expected a human to appear here so naively. All of you decide to explode before I can even feed on your bodies." The demon smiled mockingly as blood dripped from its mouth.
Anton frowned and muttered, "Damn scum..."
"Hahaha!"
The overly excited demon took a step forward, but at that moment, it felt as if the weight of the atmosphere increased a hundredfold.
"It fell into the trap!"
At that moment, the ground lit up with an ancient special sealing rune, and the demon was unable to take any defensive measures. Thoughts rushed through its head rapidly; only now did it understand that while it recovered from its wounds, Anton didn't stay idle because he had set a trap to immobilize it.
The containment rune was something special, created with the help of Buddhist and Aztec knowledge. By combining both, Anton had created a powerful seal.
"We got it!"
All the soldiers standing nearby immediately threw silver hooks at the demon, further reinforcing the containment that was forming.
Clasping his hands together, Anton walked towards the demon, and the darkness that had formed around him condensed into several blades that went straight for the demon's hands.
Crack! Crack!
Hitting the demon's hands, they fell to the ground, creating a dull sound.
Arggh!
In the middle of the rune, the demon looked around, wanting to find a way to escape, but it knew that the chances now were very complicated.
"I have you where I wanted you." Anton, who was spitting blood, took off his jacket, and under the now blood-stained white shirt, his two Red King tattoos appeared in front of the demon, who opened his eyes in horror upon realizing Anton had those tattoos.
