Chen Mo sits in his room as he observes the sect through his system interface. He notes to himself that recruiting Yan Xuelian was the right choice. Although his sect was strong, it was almost always scattered, with disciples doing missions and people not knowing what to do.
Now that Elder Yan was here, everything was so well-organized. She wrote reports based on the sect's current condition, and Rasiel would analyze it to suggest a couple of potential missions. She would then pick disciples to do the missions.
Although Rasiel could also do this, her reasoning was always logic based and picked the most efficient way to accomplish the tasks. Most of the time she would just give tasks to the strong disciples for efficiency, leaving the weaker disciples with no room to grow.
