The government are 'The heroes of humanity' and are Tilo's role models and idols. yet one day a fateful encounter will change the way he views the world forever. In this world, people awaken various abilities which can specialize in things such as, magic, body enhancement, assassinations, healing, building, crafting, and more. Each ability will range from F-class to AAA-class and every evolver will start from Tier 1 mastery and with each mastery increase they gain a new ability and an increase in strength, speed, durability, charm and more. With each increase in Tier, the harder it is to get to the next Tier.
