There were five ladies in the room.
Two of the five ladies inside were Asami and her Matsushima-senpai, while the third one was the lady that was seen in the complex during the canon event, if his guess is correct then the others who were in the complex were probably killed by Boris.
However, he didn't know who the other two girls were, now, some people would wonder why Haru was so nonchalant about all this, well the answer is simple, he was not related to any of them.
Haru knew that there was a chance of Kohta and Asami getting together, but right now, they didn't even know each other, so, why would he get angry at strangers.
Still, there are some things that might make him angry even if it was done to a stranger and even though it might sound cold, this was not something that would make him angry.
He was feeling pity and sad looking at them but not angry, because the world now had turned into a world where fists rule, so, if you are weak then you are at the mercy of the strong.
When Haru saw that the women were being healed by Shizuka and they would wake up soon he looked at Kohta, who was standing near the gate of the room and spoke.
"I will go and collect whatever things I can find useful," Haru said, and Makoto also moved towards Haru, expressing his stand as well.
Kohta was about to say something, but Haru spoke again, "I said that you will be our leader for today's mission and the mission is not over yet."
Kohta swallowed whatever he was about to say and nodded his head. Then Haru and four members of the right wing moved towards the shopping department in the complex leaving Kohta and the other four members there.

It took some time for Asami and her group to gain conscience, but even after they gained conscience, they still looked terrified and it took some time for Shizuka, Rei and Miku to console them and make them believe that they meant no harm.
After the group of five girls had calmed down, Miku went and brought some clothes for them to wear and then invited the guys inside while inquiring about Haru's whereabouts.
Kohta looked at Asami and she also looked at him as she got to know that he was leading the mission in this complex and it was he who discovered them. She was looking at him with grateful eyes and some love hidden in them just like the canon while the other women looked gratefully at all of them.
(Don't ask me how love is there in her eyes, it's just what happened in canon after she was saved by Kohta.)
It was Tori Matsushima, better known as Matsushima-senpai in the canon who was the calmest among all of them, so, she explained what had happened to them.
She and everyone else in the complex gathered in this place when the outbreak, in hopes of finding a place to hide till they were rescued.
None of them had awakened any powerful skill, some had body hardening, some had sprint, and some other common abilities, there was also an old woman who didn't get any useful ability and just got a sewing ability.
They decided to wait it out till the police or the government came for rescue but in the evening, they heard loud vehicle noises and they understood that someone had come to the complex. They went down hoping they would get help only for their hopes to come crashing down when they saw the people who had entered.
It was Boris and his gang with guns in their hands, they were also dragging two girls together with perverted looks on their faces.
It didn't take them to be genius to understand their guests were not going to be polite, but then Boris ordered his men to kill the men that were in the complex without even talking to them and this was something shocking for them, who didn't know that the world had changed this much.
However, it was not the end, when his men killed the guys, he moved towards the girls and observed them while fondling their bodies as if checking their qualities and assets, which disgusted them.
Tori tried to speak and defend herself, but she was slapped by Boris and she fell on the floor, she was still F-ranked after all, and looking at her situation, Asami and the other lady kept quiet and endured the treatment.
When Boris had his fill touching and fondling them, he gave them an offer, he said that they must follow his orders if they wanted to eat something, which they agreed thinking that he just wanted to be the leader only to realise how wrong they were.
The first order Boris gave them was to strip down which they denied instantly and got a slap in response, Boris said that they would not be given food till they agreed to Boris's demand as he was not in a hurry.
That night the three women heard the cries and screams of the two girls that Boris bought with him, they were not given an option like them, instead, they were treated like a plaything by Boris and his men.
It was only when the sun rose in the clouds the next day that they were able to see the girls again, but by that time they were already broken, they no longer cried, they just sat there staring vacantly at the wall.
When the story came to this part the two girls that were being mentioned were already crying and trembling causing Shizuka to hug them in an attempt to calm them down.
It was at that time that Haru came in as well and started listening to their story. However, his arrival caused everyone's attention to gather at him as even the crying girls slowly calmed down when he consoled them saying that they were safe, and they would not have to see something or do something like that again.
Even if Haru wouldn't get angry about the problems of some strangers, it was not that he would turn a blind eye towards injustice.
He accepted that he was not a saint and that he would become worse than evil if it was for his loved ones but he was not evil at least not for the neutral people and his people, though he could not say the same for his enemies.
Tori continued after a while, though now it seemed like she was telling the story to Haru rather than the group causing Rei to become a little dissatisfied but only inwardly, none of it showed on the outside since she knew she didn't have that right, not yet at least.
Even though Kohta was shown to be the leader, Tori who had her share of experience with people could easily tell that Haru was the one with real power even without asking and that is why she focused on him, him being good-looking and having a calming air around him was just a plus point (Even with mask people could tell that Haru was handsome).
