Chapter 133 - R.A.A.T Deployed: Grimm Tidings

The hound headed figure leapt from the mast of the ship, and as a green lightning began cackling with a fury, Grey shifted into his scarf form around Nvr's neck before the Bio-Weapon jumped back to dodge the blow.

"Of course she isn't dead..." The weapon grumbled, making the woman laugh harder. "Of course I ain't! You only destroyed my previous head!" Grimm yelled, still angry about that. Though nvr had no actual clue what she was talking about.

Grimm didn't really seem to care if Nvr remembered her or not, either way, she was getting her revenge. She darted directly towards her, spinning her scythe around before dragging it across the ground, destroying the wooded deck.

Nvr waited for the strike to come and once Grimm had closed the distance, she went in for a [Ruptured Shambles] directly to the dullahan's head, but she had already seen what Nvr could do with that attack, quickly leaping back.

She used the damage to the ground to her advantage, since it had exposed the metal of the ship. Grimm stabbed her scythe down, filling the immediate area with pulsating necrotic electricity. It hurt Grey more then Nvr though, as the bio-weapon used the pathetic attack as an opening.

In a rush of blinding speed, she unleash a barrage of punches towards the hound headed woman, finishing it with a [ruptured shambles] to her head. The dullhan let out a screech of pain as her head exploded once more.

Nvr was getting ready to rush over and help Vinea, only to dodge to the side. It seemed Apex's head was much tougher than both of them thought. Grimm let out a sickening laugh, realising she had just come across the strongest head she had ever claimed.

In a wild assault of Scythe swings, Nvr was next to undamaged by the attacks since her skin was much tougher than the scythe itself. it was clearly a battle of two immovable objects, and both were getting sick of how difficult this game was going to be.

As their brawl continued, Vinea and Shaki were in a stand off. One was waiting for the other to strike first. "Ya know, I'm a king. You kill me, you're technically committing treason."

"Not the first time." Shaki smirked before firing off a shot of his shotgun. The gun charged up before unleashing a devastating blast that took off a good chunk of metal from the ship. Vinea quickly realised he was vastly outmatched. Both in terms of power and practicality.

His vines were better used on the ground or at least near other plant life, but Kiola had a weird rule about plants being allowed on her ship. A thing that he really hated, especially at this moment. Without much option, he began wildly whipping at Shaki to try and blind him for a moment.

Though the bounty hunter blocked the strikes with his shotgun before charging directly towards Vinea. In a bit of a panic, he stretched his vines up, quickly climbing up the mast to think up a plan, but that idea was quickly shot down. literally.

Shaki loaded up another shot and blew the mast's base, causing it to topple over, right between Nvr and Grimm's fight.

The bio-weapon had been using Grey as a make shift blade, weaving in punches and sword swings while Grimm was more focused on a more blind and crazed approach. Yet when Vinea came crashing down, Nvr used it as an opportunity to escape and think for a moment.

She had been using the brief windows of down time to observe how both the fighters behaved and once she had that window to breath, she began to think up a plan as her and Vinea ducked behind a door way that lead below deck.

"Both are from differing worlds. One is more brute strength, relying on weaponry. Most likely doesn't have a power secret power. Other is a Dullahan. Doesn't work like Iris dullahan. Subject appears to claim whatever power the head had previously.

Dullahan should be considered the same threat level as Apex: High.

Projected out come if Vinea and I switch combatants: Nvr survives. Vinea Dies.

Projected outcome if Grey and Vinea battle Dullahan: Higher base chances of success.

Still too low for useable data."

Nvr was actively struggling to think up a plan that resulted in the highest win rate, she was feeling stress. It did feel nice to have a human feeling again, but that was for later, this was now. She had calculated every possibility with everyone's current skillset and body's...

"Understanding Reached.

Forced evolution in Vinea chance: 99.9%

Subject Grey combined with Vinea: Chance of success: 54.1%

Willingness from subjects: 2%

Overwriting Empathy. Screw It Protocol: Active."

As Shaki and Grimm made their way over to the door Nvr was pinning herself against to hold the two off, she decided to go for a risky move. As Shaki fired a high powered shot from Bab, the bio-weapon decided to test just how far she could play doctor.

[Doctors Orders]

The door flew off its hinges as a swirling mass of black vines covered in beautiful violet roses burst outwards from inside. Grimm quickly leapt back, followed by Shaki loading up another round into Bab.

What emerged from that doorway was a lanky figure covered in black vines that barely resembled a human. It had no discernible features other than two glowing green slits on its head, that looked similar to a knights helm made of vines.

Nvr was proud of her newest creation. A fusion of a plant, human and mimic into one being she decided to name V-9.

The thing that was once Vinea charged at Shaki, letting out a loud roar before sprouting hundreds of vines from his back in a dome. The bounty hunter quickly clicked that V-9 was attempting to trap him inside.

Yet as he was attempting to back step the attack, Nvr kicked him back towards her creation and used the momentum to send herself towards Grimm. While she held her off, Shaki was now having to hold his own against V-9, who was slowly closing his dome of black vines inward.

The bounty hunter decided this was probably the only time he'd be able to try this and cranked his shotgun up to full blast by giving it a hard punch on it's oversized trigger. A devastating shot filled with more explosive power than twenty grenades strapped together was sent directly towards him.

Yet, Shaki had failed to account for one thing. V-9 was more than one person.

Nine different shades of fleshy tendrils sprouted fourth and protected Vinea from that one blast. Before Shaki could load another round in, V-9 instantly crushed his dome, the mimics having transformed into spikes and as the bounty hunter was pulled directly towards the flesh.

V-9 ceased the attack, instead choosing to just punch him with enough force to knock him out.

With one battle done, Nvr had to wrap up her fight with Apex Grimm. She knew that taking her out the usual ways wouldn't work, so she instead chose a more... melty approach.

As Grimm's wild strikes remained true, she took a brief moment to stop and catch her undead breath, Aka, pulling back to start another string of attacks. Yet Nvr used [Doctors orders] again, this time on herself as she launched a punch that was surely going to miss at the distance she was aiming for.

But the ability kicked in just as needed. In that moment, the bio-weapon's hand melted into a tough, stringy mess that came off her body. Taken by surprise, Grimm failed to react in time and found herself bound the the wall of the ship.

She barked and growled for her release, yet she wasn't going to get it any time soon.

As V-9 took a moment to rest, the bio-weapon could hear the sounds of fighting downstairs. Yet, she figured they could handle themselves for a few minutes.
