At that moment, the ground began to tremble slightly, signaling that the train was already arriving at the railway station where they were situated.
Jing immediately stood up and began to observe the train approaching from afar, feeling reassured inside.
Shin remained seated, watching the train arrive, and lifted his head to see his best friend heading towards the vehicle.
"See you tomorrow, Shin. Send a message if anything." Jing said, looking at his best friend as the train stopped in front of the station.
"Alright, see you later, buddy." Shin replied with a slight smile, bidding farewell to his best friend as he walked towards the train door.
Jing boarded a completely ordinary train with abundant black and white colors, displaying its respective vehicle number and a panel beside it indicating (From Sapporo to Chitose).
Chitose, the city where his house was located, is a relatively popular region of Japan adjacent to Sapporo, offering a tranquil environment similar to Kyoto.
Meanwhile, Shin relied on the advanced subway system, traveling at an incredible speed to reach his home in much less time than usual.
Since his parents couldn't find a suitable housing option that pleased them, the only perfect place they found, and even renovated to maintain its essence of tranquility, and simplicity, yet with a touch of technology, was in Kyoto.
At that moment, Shin didn't want to rush home, surprising his best friend, who had already taken his seat on the train and was carefully looking out the window.
Jing saw his best friend sitting in the chair, still waiting for a train bound for Kyoto.
His eyes widened as he saw Shin sitting on the wooden bench because he hadn't started his walk to the subway station, which was ten minutes away on the same route as the university.
Shin then remained with his eyes closed, his arms resting on his legs, and his back slightly hunched.
He opened his system and checked how long it would take for the train bound for Kyoto to arrive.

He closed the system after checking, and suddenly something bothered Shin's mind.
A high-pitched sound began to echo lightly in his head, and he started to tap his hand next to his ear to see if the sound would stop.
After a few seconds of the high-pitched sound settling in Shin's mind, someone mysteriously appeared sitting next to him.
Shin was startled by this and quickly moved away from the wooden bench.
His gaze was fixed on the person, trying to identify their face, but the shadow from their hood was so dense that he couldn't see their true face.
"How did you sit here without making any sudden moves or sitting down abruptly?" Shin asked the person while maintaining a posture prepared to act violently.
The person wore a black coat with a hood over their head, easily covering their face.
They wore white sneakers in the coolest style possible and a silver necklace in the shape of a plant.
The boy remained silent and only took a lollipop out of his pocket and began to suck on it.
He removed the lollipop from his mouth, and a drop of blood fell onto his lips.
His tongue licked the blood and brought it back into his mouth, and Shin felt a strong shiver seeing that. He had a puzzled expression and sat back down on the bench.
Shin casually scrolled through his phone but remained prepared for any situation, as he possibly had some attribute that would help him defend himself due to what Mooni offered.
He glanced to the side and greeted the person with a "Hi" to see if they would respond politely.
With no response, Shin continued to browse his social networks. After waiting a minute, the boy next to him asked something.
"Are you one of the chosen ones?" the boy asked with a low voice that penetrated Shin's mind. He looked at the boy attentively, while his right fist clenched instantly.
Immediately, the entity placed their hands above their hood and slowly removed them from their head.
Strands of purple hair fell over Shin's eyes; his eyes were amethyst-colored, presenting an appearance and style emanating from darkness, yet with a mysterious sensation that particularly didn't bother Shin.
Based on the appearance of that boy, although it seemed like a common style, he also exuded mysteries that no one would easily discern.
He then opened his system to see if he could find anything interesting.

It was then that Shin regretted repeatedly stalking others through his system.
He was using the system excessively for so many things that the user information I wanted to analyze didn't even appear in as much detail now as it did before.
Jing was right, he needed to somehow know how to balance the use of this system that the University had given him, or simply question the creator of this system.
Because those responsible have to be aware that the government isn't playing games with their parents... and Shin, knowing their fate, needs to manipulate them.
