"Only by several minutes, but someone kidnapped me right under his nose, and he believes it was his fault. So he's a little overprotective."

Guin didn't know how to react, seeing Jerome nodding his head. Before this, she felt Jerome was cunning and would use any means to get what he wanted. But she didn't feel that way anymore when she heard about his past. "I'm sorry to hear that. That must have been terrifying."
