When Eve got to her room after leaving Maidservant Ann to concentrate on what she was doing, she let out a sigh and sat on the ground, pushing her back against the wall and leaning her head. She just sat there and stared into space. The storms in her head were hitting hard at the walls she created until it broke through and she plunged deep into her thoughts.
She thought about falling in love, then having a family, living in a quiet area, having a small garden, listening to the silence of the night, watching the sunset and going with her daughter to the market while holding hands, then coming back home and cuddling with her husband as they sleep. These were all fantasies that she wished could be true, but deep down, she knows it's not for someone like her.
