The enemies tried to chase Aaron, but with Thousand Step, he quickly vanished from their sight. Not only that, he actually moved around the town enough to reach the back of the enemies' lines, and while they were unaware, he stabbed them from behind and killed them before they could make any noise.
The sound of their armor and their shouts helped Aaron for a while. At least twenty of them were killed like that before they realized what Aaron had done. Still, he had time to kill a few more of them before the message about the fact actually spread among their ranks.
"There are hundreds of them… for how long can I do this while I am wounded?" Aaron thought while he was taking a break in an alley. "I have to use my head more, but it will be better if I rest a little before deciding anything."
