Aaron wondered what he should do. The bloodlust of those people was clear as a day, but only because they assumed he was from another country. He could solve that misunderstanding and then find a way for them to help him. However, he soon changed his mind when the three archers fired their arrows.
After jumping to the side, Aaron quickly opened his status screen. He used his free status points, increasing his perception by ten. When the second barrage of arrows was fired, he took a single step to the side the moment he saw the muscles of the archers' arms relaxing. They opened their eyes widely in shock… the arrows passed five centimeters away from his face. Still, Aaron didn't react in any way. He also didn't look like someone who was planning to run away, which was weird.
The archers prepared the third volley, and they took into consideration that he might dodge to the side again. Aaron lowered his stance at the last moment, but the enemies fixed their aim again and fired. Despite that, Aaron had time to jump and avoid the arrows. He didn't have the presence of a warrior, but he certainly was stronger than he let it show.
The other enemies armed with melee weapons decided to solve things by themselves. If they surround an unarmed enemy, then killing them would be a simple matter.
Aaron just crossed his arms and watched them do that. They did that very slowly since they were very aware of him… that made Aaron understand that they were basically low-level soldiers who had the task of guarding one of the possible entrances of the country. They were too focused on him to notice Aaron's skeletons approaching the archers from behind.
"Aaaaaaahhhhhh!"
"What are these monsters?"
When they were about to attack, screams echoed in the area. The enemies armed with spears looked at the archers and then saw that one of them had been killed, and the other two were trying to run away from the skeletons. However, the creatures jumped toward their back and smashed their heads with long bones. It didn't take long for them to get up and then dash to help Aaron.
"Sorry, my policy is that I don't forgive those that try to kill me," Aaron said. "Those who live by the sword shall die by the sword or by the bones in this case."
Aaron pointed his hands toward the archers and made their bodies explode before they became skeletons. That gruesome scene made the enemies sweat cold, and they took several steps backward before they decided to run away. They couldn't fight what they didn't understand, after all.
When the skeletons charged at them, all of the enemies tried to run away, but Aaron quickly approached them with his extra speed and hit their legs. One after the other, they began to fall, and the skeletons jumped on them before they could get up. The enemies tried to fight back, but their spears only passed through the skeletons, barely causing any damage… it didn't take long at all for them to be defeated thoroughly.

"This ended faster than I expected… I suppose the level of soldiers on the borders can't be high since they only work to warn others instead of fighting," Aaron thought.
Aaron almost leveled up again, and while it was a pity, he was fine. He wasn't in a hurry, even though it looked like he started with the wrong foot. Or maybe that world was just like that…
There was no point in thinking too much about it, so he just grabbed the boots and some clothes from one of the corpses and the best bow and all the arrows that he found. He was a Necromancer. Fighting up close was possible, but it would be better to let the skeletons do to the job for the time being.
After that, he increased his small army by eight and made them follow him through the woods on the side of the road. Leaving a trail of blood wasn't a good idea, but that could also be used as a warning. Besides, Aaron didn't have to pay respects to those who tried to ambush him with numbers. They were lucky that he didn't return to that small village and get rid of their allies.
"If this world isn't worth saving, then their time will eventually come," Aaron muttered.
