Denver smiled. He had expected Ruby to have some questions; after all, she would never play a game with him without knowing it fully well.
She had zero ounce of trust in him.
He put his hand back and said, "You can ask your question, Soldier."
Ruby's hands itched to smack Denver, but she controlled herself. She asked, "What if I land on a safe black paper?"
"Then you get to jump again. It's simple: You will have your turn until you either win the game or simply drop yourself in a hole," Denver explained.
Ruby nodded and asked, "And why should I trust you? You made this game, so you should know where the holes actually are."
"Hey, don't slander me. I am the most honest person alive on this planet," Denver shook his head and said. "Also, although the idea was mine. I didn't set the black papers or anything. Lex and I brought the materials as Grandpa Max did all the work."
