This is more technical information for running a game but contains some useful definitions.
-Every race and and every class can learn any spell.
-Each race has differing amounts of magical and psionic talent
-The time to learn spells and different ways to cast magic is related to how you are casting and the talent of your race
-For example an Elf learning to cast Fireball magically as opposed to Psionicly
-Elves have a much higher affinity for magic and almost no psionic potential
-All time to learn spells is variable and related to the 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons Rule Framework

Spell Learning by Class:
Gambler: 6d8 - (WIS+INT+CHA Modifiers) +3 per spell level = number of days required
Sorcerer: 7d8 - (INT+CON Modifiers) +5 per spell level
Wizard: 8d8-INT+5 per spell level = days required
Bard: 8d8-CHA+5 per spell level
Druid: 8d8-WIS+5 per spell level
Ranger: 9d8-WIS+5 per spell level
Cleric: 9d8-WIS+5 per spell level
Warlock: 9d8-WIS+5 per spell level
Artficer: 9d8-INT+5 per spell level
Rogue: 10d8-INT+5 per spell level
Paladin: 10d8-CHA+5 per spell level
Bloodhunter: 12d8-CON+5 per spell level
Psion: 18d8-(INT+WIS)+5 per spell level

-Humanoids with a class do not gain psionics until after level 50 after that it is a percentage of experience gained per year
