"Fukasawa's Residence"
After a long day, Asahi made it home bring Sanna along with her. They are planning to stay together for the rest of the week.
"I'm home….."
Asahi opens the door and walks into her house.
"Well who is here. Is good to see you, Sanna.."
"Hi Ms. Bella... "
"I heard that you will be staying here, please make yourself at home dear..."
"Thank you Ms. Bella... I will..."
Warm vibes suddenly stabs Sanna's heart, hearing Bella greeting her like her own daughter.
"Is that... Mom did you cook these??"
"I did cook, who said I can't?"
"No, it's smell wonderfull!"
Asahi quickly want to sits but pulled out by someone,
"Not so fast! Bath, change, then dinner!"
"Awww... Belania...."
"No, no, no! Hurry up you made me starving if you don't."
Sanna quickly realized that girl actually Asahi's little sister,
"Ah, you must big sis' friend..."
"Yeah I am... My name is Sanna, Sanna Meguma.."
"Belania Fukasawa.. Welcome to our house, feel free to my bathroom, let's hurry up and get some dinner."
Belania quick offers Sanna to use her bathroom, That Sanna couldn't stop imagine that she is very humble. Asahi pull Sanna away to get bath and change for dinner.
------- 15 minute's later.
The four of them having a dinner with a very tasty food that made by Bella. A joyfully moment for the family and Sanna as a guest.
As for Sanna, this is the first time for her to see Asahi as a normal person beside everything that happened with her in the past of the month.
Asahi's care free character confusing Sanna of her actually been knowing for. She is more open and likely to throw a jokes, she often breaks a laugh for them as they talking together. Sanna recalls her memory once again when her sister, Kanna, are still around. Being a lovely family member and being a center of gravity of them really impacted her feeling about Asahi's problematical things that she's struggling with.
After dinner, Sanna helps Belania taking care of dishes while Asahi and Bella having conversation, Once again remembering her time when her mother is home.
"How's my sister doing??"
A sudden question from Belania,
"Ah... Asahi.. Asahi is..."
"Pain in the ass as always?"
"Ehh??!!"
Surprised by Belania honest word revealed Asahi true nature,
"No, no.. No... She is... a good friend... She always cares about the other..."
Normally Sanna would agree with the word, but after witnessing Asahi's true struggle she quickly changes her view,
"Somehow... I see her as a brick , but at the same time she is stronger than brick..."
"Huh??"
"Like a house that build over whit brick, she stand even she burn by the sun or washed by a rain..."
Belania watches Sanna's eye, seeing her eyes saying that she loses.
"I see..."
"How about you?? What do you think about her?"
Sanna gaze over Belania,
"Like I said... She is a pain in the ass... But she's cool, she also cares about mom or me, even though we're not her real family."
Sanna stops swipe the dish seeing Belania in her eyes,
"I'm... sorry... what did you say?" Her voice trembling hearing Belania's word.
"Yeah, I mean, she's not my big sis... we're not blood related. Not even mom.. It's a shame when I knew about it, it makes my heart hurt for the most... But she came to me and said I'm her little sister, related or not, that doesn't matter."
Belania smiled recalling her memory back then when she knows the truth.
"She is the one who told me that bond not only through out bloods. Everything is connected, as long we have love for it."
Belania takes the dish from Sanna's hand,
"That's why I hope that she makes a good friend, that would carry her thoughts and feelings..."
In hearing that Sanna smiled in relief,
"You do actually care about your sister, didn't you?"
"Of course. Because if I don't, who else would care about her?"
"You've got me... Besides, only I can stop her if she goes reckless."
Sanna confidently smiled. Belania also smiles on hearing Sanna's word,
"Well then, I guess I can leave her on your care.. Please, be her friend, and always be on her side."
The word is full with a countless of meanings, A genuine feeling from little sister not bounded by blood is far over beyond the real deal. Sanna feels her emotions and concerns is reaching far over than normally siblings are. Her love towards Asahi is bigger than ocean that earth has to offer.
Without saying anything Sanna pats Belania's head as if she was her own little sister, their bond becomes more than like just a person that first time meeting eachother. Sanna's big sisters behavior reaches Belania's thoughts and felt the same as Asahi who also gave the same feeling and warm act towards her.
On watching the moment Bella and Asahi smiled seeing Belania actually honesty towards Asahi.
"She is really loves you."
"Everyone loves me, mom..."
"You damn brat."
Bella pats Asahi's head, smiling over her jokes again.
"You really make a good friends..."
"It all thanks to you, Mom.. You give me this opportunity to live inside this family..."
"Every people deserves opportunity for their lives. And you actually make a good use to it, that's makes us proud of you.."
Hearing that dozens of times, Asahi always feeling happy. She come over to Bella and hugs her very tight like a toddler,
"I love you, Mom..."
"I love you too.."
Both shares a mother and daughter moment, but Asahi's idle thoughts came out,
"Hey Belania.. Look at me!"
Showing off her moment with Bella,
"Pffttt Hahaha... Are you nine??? You looked like a monkey ask breats feed!"
"Oh my god! Let me take a picture!"
"Mom hold her!"
The jokes backfires Asahi, Bella hugs tightly Asahi nit giving her any chance to go, Sanna quickly pull out her phone and shoots a picture, Asahi desperately trying to letting go, embarrassed. The moment very hilarious for the four of them for their head and will be forever carved on their hearts, Especially Sanna.
"Bella's Office, Fukasawa Residence"
After quite for some times, Bella was on her office reading a file report from Takaya. The back of the file stamped the Shadow Vanguard facility logo, revealing Bella is also connected to the facility. On the file is actually reporting of people that already known as the Ancient Warriors, also any information regarding Asahi's current condition with her power.
She flipped the file and sees Sanna's report file that also reveals all of her information. Bella reads all the contents and wide open her eyes sign for an surprised reaction.
Knock. A sound of a knocking door to her office,
"Enter."
Bella closes the file and place it on her table. The door open followed by Sanna that walks in the room.
"Ohh, Sanna. How's going? Did you need something, dear?"
Bella warmly asked Sanna,
"Umm is good Ms. Bella... I just think that while I'm here, I may have some questions that I wanna ask you..."
"Sure, sure. Come and sit over there, let's hear it."
Sanna walks to the couch that Bella tells her to sit. She sat there and looked very nervous.
"So, let's hear it." Bella sits at the couch facing Sanna.
"Umm.. I wonder if you know about my - Kanna Meguma where abouts or, maybe you know something about her."
"Oh dear... I know she was your big sister, don't be so nervous..."
"I'm sorry... I just... don't know where to start..."
"Hummm I know, well.... Kanna is very remarkable person. At your age, she was one of a person that having very excellent skill. Also one of my favorite student beside Vanny long before while I'm still an instructor."
"Vanny Takahashi, she's my sister's friend..."
"Yeah, she was also elder sister to Takaya, I'm sure you know that well from him.."
"Yeah.."
Bella fold her hand and showing a disbelief face,
"Both of them are very stubborn. Competitive, and somehow they seemed like a rival. But Kanna is more greater than Vanny, when the Elite Team was created, Vanny loses to her because of her genius manage to find Vanny's weaknesses. And eventually became the second commander for the Elite Team under codename, Starlight."
"My sister was a genius, back then we often trained together, she thought me everything she knew and really make me use of it in the correct way.. Even though I am not as smart as she does."
Bella, showing more of her disbelief face,
"You bet, she is making use of her head good enough. She may win one on one combat, but not for war that facing a large amount army. She only can do as a pair, both Vanny and Her is good pair. I remember even though they are now completely in different world as mine, they are still visiting me, calls me whenever time is, they keep brought about eachothers topics,"
"I heard that their rivalry ended when Vanny manages to kill thousands of enemies troops single handedly. Many people including Kanna terrified of Vanny's real ability,"
"Since that, Kanna finds her self loses to Vanny. But she respected Vanny as a hero even she is terrified of her. Both keep working together for years as a team and find themselves as a very remarkable person from the team. But since an accident that involves Elite Team first commander, Hiroaki Kamiya's death, things changed,"
"I never see the both come to visit me in the academy together as always. Both of stop talking about eachother. And for the worse, Kanna declined the over as the Elite Team first commander, and Vanny eventually become the first commander under codename Supernova."
"I heard nothing about them until Kanna's defection from XAG years ago. Vanny come over to me and told me everything she done."
Bella stops her talk for a moment. Have a moment of hearth breaking for remembering her most loved students are breaking apart. She know her deep feeling are nothing to compare to Sanna.
"Around a month ago, I found a box in my sister's bedroom. The box is fingerprint locked, but it's unlocked by mine.. Inside the box there was a letter and a gun. Both are my sister's last gift for me."
"The gun is specially created for her, and the letter is for me.."
Hearing that, Bella surprised and look at Sanna,
"What did the letter say?"
"She said, she can't go back, she want to have her robbed things. She will never stop to fight for her own, even if I stop her, she considers me as an enemy. Or if we cross paths, she wants me to not hesitate to fight or even kill her."
Startled on hearing the letters content, Bella closes her mouth with her hands.
"That's why I started to let my hesitation go away, and I have my determination that, our paths are different, even if our goals is the same."
Bella see Sanna's eyes full with angered emotions, she can feel her anger is like a melted metal than can be forge into something else. Understanding her emotions that can be bad if she not at the right paths, she can choose a darker paths as Kanna did.
"Say, You want to stop you sister?"
"I don't. Even if I wanted to, she won't hear me."
"What you want to do then?"
"I... I want to live as my self. Protects my self and my family and people around me. Honestly I was never think of this before. Is all confusion. Plus this power I have is a another complicated things that keeps added into my mind. But after seeing many of my friends having a same power as mine, I realized that... I do better than my sister."
"My war is different than hers."
Bella surprised by Sanna's word, even though Sanna living a cruel reality, she manages to think about the others. Kanna and Sanna both have exactly same reason to live. But their motivation is different, Sanna determination is also different than Kanna.
"But I still want to know what exactly happened. I don't care about where she goes, but why is she said robbed?"
"Unfortunately I don't have that answer... I'm sorry Sanna.."
"It's alright Ms. Bella. I know this is her personal reason."
"But you might find out for that answer from Vanny."
After Bella said about Vanny's, Sanna eyes filling with a curiosity in her mind.
"But... I can't never see her.. She is battling SIN for the past 2 years, I might never have chance to-"
"Chaces not coming by its own."
Bella smiled cuts Sanna's word,
"You work up with it, and the chanse will come to you."
