Like a soldier, he quickly swung into action, and raced down to the control room, and pressed the distress code. Within seconds, every employee of Supreme Pacifica were alarmed of what they heard. There was total panic as Derrick had to call for a brief meeting. Both employees from the other floors whom were present to work.
" So, are you trying to say that we are not safe too?-". One of the employees asked.
" On this current stage of situation and everyone worried about natural disasters occurring frequently, plus this one too?- is this the apocalypse- end of the world?". One of the accountants asked.
Just then everyone's voices were heard all in fear and panic. Derrick had to calm every other, even though deep within him he was so afraid. He knew what ex- convicts would do, if they break free from prison.
"Calm down everyone.... the CSI would be here any time soon, so, no need to panic. Besides the CEO had already spoken with the Commander in charge of Miami's task force , and he assured him that nothing will happen, all we have to do is to be on alert, and stay safe".
"But what about the boss? what's he gonna do?". A employee whose name was Ryan Wringhton asked about their boss.

" He's totally fine, and still getting in contact with the CSI". He responded
His answer wasn't deeply convincing- what about their boss? Still they needed to be safe, but their boss could be their main target, criminals of all kind wouldn't want to waste an opportunity, like that- eliminating the.... .

Why was he thinking about all these? . He asked himself. He also needed courage, but from where during this period of silly unrest?. "Good Lord save us"!. That was what his heart could say.
" He's gonna be alright... for now, every on should head back to their various sections, while I will still communicate with the boss. If there's need to take cover, then the emergency unit becomes our hope. Just make sure that your phones are always with you... once again, stay safe".
With new found assurance, every one dispersed to their work areas. As Derrick left to check on their boss, Gabriel approached him.
"So? the latest trend landed when?. "Gabriel asked looking confused.
"Not so long ago. Actually, as soon as I stepped into his office, I overheard the conversation between the boss and CSI's commander, so he asked me to do this- calming everyone's nerves." Derrick shrugged his shoulder explaining.
"Well, there are few employees to begin with, so not much of a bigger deal". Gabriel gave a long sigh ,with his hands tugged to his pockets, he gave a little smile, trying to tease Derrick.
"I think this is the best time for you, to get a little closer to the boss, who knows, he might fall for your handsome looks ". He teased playfully.
"Seriously, is that how daft you are? in the middle of panic, you are concerned about this?. And need I remind you, the boss is ...".
"Straight?- oh please , spare me. He isn't . There has never been a record of him dating any one or- had been in a relationship before. His sexual life is Zero, honestly, and about you , I can say the same thing though,peharps,won't be a bad idea....".
"That's enough now, you love to play a lot. Anyways, I will go back to my office now, this conversation is beginning to give me the creeps ". And with that, he zoomed off, pondering over what Gabriel said...

"Of course, that will guarantee a major kill.". The other man replied fixing bullets into his sniper, with his hands on the trigger, and eyes on the head shot, an image of a man sipping tea in his office was seen, with a sly smile creeping in, he knew that he would never be able to escape.
