"Let me get this straight, he tried to pick up something next to you, and you didn't notice, so you turned around and accidentally cut him?" Ariel asked her with a raised brow, she wasn't a child to be fooled easily and knew that there was more to that story than Sania had told.
"Yes," Sania replied, she didn't want to give any explanation that would put Damien in trouble even though she was yet to relate with him.
She imagined that Ariel would report him to Taffi if she learned what he truly tried to do, and there was nothing Sania wanted to avoid more than a feud. She was already okay with the fact that Taffi didn't know he was truly Damien and Peter was only a lie.
"It was an accident then, we should not dwell on it, the event will be starting soon, and the king is back, he will surely love to see you," Ariel announced. They already had breakfast and were ready to leave, so while she was talking, they were already headed out the door.
