"Taffi is never late for breakfast, I wonder what is keeping him this long?" Ariel uttered as she picked up a butter knife, and proceeded to spread some butter on the slice of bread on her plate.
The dining room was occupied by every member of the family, including Ezekiel, O'Neil, and his wife, and two kids. Lila was there as well as Tehila and everyone seemed to have just started eating breakfast.
"His wife has held him captive," O'Neil uttered, immediately followed by a sarcastic laugh.
"I don't believe so," Lila interjected,
"He is upset with her. The fool tried to run out of the castle last night."
"Oh?" O'Neil uttered in shock, and everyone else was stunned.
"She did?"
Ariel remained silent, she rolled back her eyes in disgust and watched her family speak ill of someone who had done nothing wrong but marry into their family.
