{Church bells ringing across the village as the sound of heavy calvary approaches in the background}
A little gift from someone who held Aaron Nova dearly, a proper welcome to the mortal realm once again. Now that he had returned, the best to handle the matter was by killing him ASAP. At least, that was the major consensus made in the pantheon of Gods who heard Aaron Nova had been reincarnated.
Therefore, it became the job of the God of War to get rid of Aaron. He was still a weak and pathetic child, without breaking the universal laws that usually shielded reincarnations for at least fifteen years. The solution was simple; since the rule only excluded God from directly killing Aaron, God would simply use an army to eliminate him in his place.
A mortal army was raised in no time by the God of war, who convinced a certain army general in a particular kingdom that was neighbors with the kingdom Aaron lived in. It was planned to be a quick and easy job, but maybe the God of war was underestimating the previous strongest being in history. Had he only been powerful? Or was he also a fighting genius?
Regardless of what he might have thought, his plan was being carried out flawlessly at first. The Ukyrio people were not warriors, and none had even swords as they were expensive to get and maintain; how would one get a sword when it costs as much as a year's worth of salary?
The soldiers were cutting through the village's weak defenses like butter. Nobody could stand a chance to survive the massacre incited by God. The soldiers had the intent of eliminating every single villager. Not even a messenger was allowed to run for help. The village appeared to be doomed, and Aaron's heartfelt fear.
"What do I do!? I don't have my powers! What do I do!? Can I get a skill?!"
Aaron was hiding with the rest of the children inside the church. At first, there was not much going on near it, but as more time passed, the footsteps became closer and closer to the entrance steps. Churches were symbols of peace, consecrated grounds where one does not kill, but it didn't seem to matter to the soldiers.
Soon, a heavy knock came from the door as the nun who usually nourished the orphans prepared to fight, but what could she accomplish?! She was only an old lady, thought Aaron. As his blood began to boil at his own incompetence, it was an embarrassment!
De Marcus, who was a little older than Aaron, also stood near the nun as the enemy soldiers began their assault at the door. The people inside barricaded themselves well, moving all of the furniture they had available at the door, which was the only thing keeping them away from death.
Blood began to sip from beneath the door as the terrified people inside the church prayed for a miracle; maybe the Gods would send them a savior, if only they knew the Gods they were praying to were the ones responsible for the disruption in their peaceful lives.
"Please, God of light Illumina! Hear our prayers and help us!" Said De Marcus after the soldiers managed to open the door, rushing inside to kill anyone there.
"De Marcus retreat! Mother Eclaire! You too! Fall back! We have to..." Aaron only managed to finish his last word when archers pinned down the nun and his friend against the floor. Their blood soon rushed beneath Aaron's feet as the archers began to shoot all the other children around him.
He couldn't even say goodbye to them as they died almost immediately after being shot several times. Aaron hadn't known De Marcus and Mother Eclaire for long, but even so, they were his friends, his new family, even if flawed and poor. They were not bad people. They didn't deserve to die looking like porcupines pinned against the ground.
"The Gods are not coming to our rescue, are they?" Said Aaron as a soldier began its charge against the boy.
What was he doing, not moving?! Hadn't he said to retreat?! Wasn't he the one who had suggested running away?! What was he doing standing still?! The God of War giggled as he watched the spectacle unfold on his crystal ball. The mission had been easier than expected.
"Ha! Pathetic! So this is the legendary God killer?! The one who killed that overpowered Demon king?! Ahaha! This is easy!"

Darkness enveloped Aaron as he let his heart fill with contempt against everything. The Gods were not his allies anymore; it was clear enough after reading the historical records. The church had tales, after all, and none mentioned his name or his friends.
He had been the one to personally kill the Demon King, yet in the records, it was said that the God "Illumina" Had been the one who dealt the final blow to the devil. The hatred had been boiling deep within him after reading how blatant the Gods had been at removing him from the history books!
The removal of him from history was enough to piss anyone off, especially after having committed their entire previous life to be the war dog for their supposed "God." But now those same Gods had reincarnated him as per natural Law but were now trying to dispose of him like a wet rag doll when it no longer looked shiny.

Corrupted Series: Rage Series unlocked]
Aaron's power aura turned deep red instead of his usual calm white aura of controlled mana. His mind had gone to a dark place where everything he could think of was killing; he wanted to kill everyone! The soldier who tried his luck first discovered what the actual lust for blood looks like firsthand as Aaron caught his sword with his bare hands.
The room soon clattered with the sound of clucking metal against metal, but no swords had clashed; only Aaron's bare hand and the sword had. The panic soon turned around as the soldier left his sword behind in shock that the kid had caught it with his hands.
"Kill, Kill, KILL, KILL, KILL! KILL YOU! ALL OF YOU!"
Aaron's oppressive power shook the earth itself as all of the remaining soldiers focused their attack on a single child who didn't even appear to be over six. The soldiers retreated and let the boy follow them to where the archers waited. They thought that if enough arrows hit him, he would surely die.
Yet, the arrows just stopped midair before ever reaching the kid. It was impossible! This poor town of peasants shouldn't have a royal or a strong warrior in their ranks! The commander himself prepared to kill the kid before his men lost their morale.
"Hand me over that sword, you cowards! It's just a dam brat!"
The leader soon unmounted his horse and began walking toward Aaron without fear. He got close enough to slash his sword to be met with the same defense. Aaron caught his sword, too. Not only had he caught it, but the kid laughed maniacally as he retaliated against the man with a spell chant.
"Rage series! Skill! Self-burning cursed flame! Burn RAT! BURN! Burn to a crisp! Taste hell on earth!"
A fire covered the boy's entire body, but it didn't seem to hurt him; instead, the fire soon jumped onto the leader, who screamed like a little girl when the fire wouldn't go out.
"Ahahaha! COOK!"
The leader tried to jump out of the way, but it was too late; Aaron intentionally hugged him, passing on even more endless mortal fire onto the man, who was soon reduced to ashes; he left nothing behind but his shiny armor and sword but nothing else.
The enemy soldiers soon began their frantic retreat as Aaron chased them individually. He wouldn't spare anyone, just they did. He was to become the Judge, Jury, and executioner for this scum.
"What's wrong?! Why are all my friends leaving?! We are just playing tag!"
Panic soon ensued as countless armors without bodies to bear them fell to the ground. Nothing was to remain of any of them, nothing but their gear. It was now the soldiers who prayed to God who watched, horrified at the turn of events. Had they poked the bear too much?!
"What the actual hell is this demon?! I thought he had no powers! They lied! Dam it!"
Sorah soon intervened by lending the backup army, high-class angels. They had enough mages to control them, so he hoped it would be enough; after all, an angel should be almost impossible to beat for any human, hero or not.
The reinforcements soon noticed a blazing fire approaching from afar, carrying a sword from one of their own.
