I decided to immediately start a question and answer session before even talking about anything. "So, in order to know each other better, I will be giving you all the opportunity to ask me what you wanted to ask, and I will be answering question that I wanted to answer. So, do carefully pick your words because I will not telling any of my secret."
A sensible decision has been made from my side. It's necessary for me to not starting out explaining anything because it risk me spilling out unnecessary information that might lead to a troublesome question later on.
By assuming that they already heard of me... I take on the aggressive side and let them ask what they wanted to ask with the caveat of me being able to choose what question I will be answering. Which possibly, most of the question because I don't mind giving them a false answer.
