The distance that was cut by Dixon by some unknown means, makes me make a bit of a rash decision. I decided to pull out my Lumisnipe in the midst of an incoming close quarter fight with the hope of blocking everything using my Lumisnipe. After all, it is a very tough weapon due to the material it is made off.
But, Dixon realized that I am planning to block him and then force a ranged attack the moment we gain a bit of distance from that exchange. He saw that I'm holding a weapon similar to my World Breaker launcher and immediately changed his attack.
His Midnight Blood Bloom started to glow in a bluish glow, contrasting the crimson colored edge that the sword has. That indicates to me, he is using his sword technique.
