Everyone was already shaken with fear on seeing almost everyone they knew get blown off before thier eyes , similar to what happened to Igris and the others,
They were complete taken by fear , and lost touch in reality, but the scream from Even brought everyone back , so much that they all had to close Thier ears, the sound was so piercing it brought a wave that cracked the ground as it swept through the entire room , reaching where Igris and the others who just crawled out of the hole.
On hearing the sound , everyone covered Thier ears ,
"what is this sound" , they said .
Suddenly cold air swept through the entire room, as everyone tried looking towards the source of the sound , Only to see Eve who has lost her mind , standing up, she was staggering
"Bring my brother back , bring Rowan back " she was mumbling
" I said, bring Rowan baaack!!!" Eve screamed raising her head , to reveal her eyes overtaken by darkness.
At that same moment the statues eyes glowing red hot blasted his beam at her direction, ..
**Flicker**
She dodged so fast , no one could react
She was smashing all these statues along as she was running all over the place , the statute were getting destroyed.
Hardly touching the ground before she dodged again, she was all over the place , dodging the light beams
"Is that One if the Tang twins, since when could she move like that" Lucia said
"I thought we all were roughly at the same level, but what is this " Garrett said
"..." Igris stood there just watching, there literally was nothing to watch, all he saw were light beams flashing, he didn't see who or what they were directed at.
"What is this powerless feeling , yet again , I have been reminded of how weak I am " He said , with his hand touching the left side of his chest .
"Igris!!, Igris!!, snap out of it "Vidya said shaking Igris
"Now that It's distracted, let's go meet up with the others, at least find out why Eve is like that " Vidya said.
At this Igris dispelled all these thoughts and focused on what was more important, Surviving.
The team started running, as fast as possible, purely driven by adrenaline, considering they were tired , hungry , thirsty and has been fearing for Thier life to say the least, they have been on Thier guard , this would make even a warrior who trained for years tired, considering this was their first time experiencing this , they actually are holding out pretty well.
Suddenly the lasers stopped , as the dust cleared up , Eve could be seen , though very little compare to the statue , she was on its shoulder.
"Give me back my brother , give Rowan back " she shouted at she began punching and hitting the statue with everything she got .
No matter now much she punched , she didn't so much as scratch the statue ,
Without even looking at her, the statue flicked his finger and she was sent flying to the door , where everyone came through, as soon as she landed ,
The statues at the door raised Thier swords to cut her , before the sword could reach her , her aura materialized into a woman dressed in white, with her eyes covered with a lace , she had strings as fingers , she bound the statues in place and was attempting to crush them .
" Rowan is gone , the only light I had on this boring world , you took him away from me , at least I'll take you all with me now , hopefully I can join him, wherever he is "
Eve said, then she blew up along with all the statues at the door.
