Vidya on the other hand was lost in thoughts, lookimg for a way to escape,

"Yes there are two different types of statues here , the knights, and the ones with musical instruments, yes , I think we need to move closer to them , let's see if anything happens, we can't possibly start singing to it , logic has not worked so far since we entered this place" Vidya thought
"Everyone, run towards the statue with musical Instruments !!" Vidya shouted
No one thought about it , they just ran blindly , humanity wants to be lead, especially for someone who has proved himself once, one asked any questions.
But that was the problem, sometimes questions needs to be asked , even the smartest person makes mistakes.
Everyone ran towards the statues with the musical Instruments, some managed to get there , while others were killed before they could get there .
When everyone had gotten close , and those could not get there were killed , the giant statue stopped, and looked towards the direction where the statue with the musical instruments were and he smiled .
"Shit , something is wrong " Vidya said
"Yes something is wrong , why is he smiling?" Igris asked .
Igris looked around,
"Everything seems fine, but what is this uncomfortable feeling I have " Igris thought

The sound of smashing, and the smell of iron was everywhere in the air .
Blood!!, was splattered everywhere, on the floor, the walls and on people, the insides of people's were scattered all over , intestines on one side , a eye ball could be seen lying helplessly on the floor.

Igris and some others began to vomit , one might think they would have gotten used to the killings and scent of blood by now , considering they were sixteen year old kids, this was to be expected.
The flute in the hands of the statue was bloody , one of the statue which they ran to for protection smashed all the children before it , before they could get a hold of themselves anotherone did the same thing, there was no pattern or rhythm to the killings, it's just that , death , Instant death.
Out of fear people subconsciously began to run everywhere , for those that's ran towards the door where Eva blew up , after they got to a certain distance from the door , other knight statues materialized and struck them down.
For those who ran away from the statues with musical instruments, but not towards the door , the statue of the absolute one killed them.
"Haaaa there was no point in struggling, we were going to die either way" Igris began laughing.
Everyone was being slaughtered, Gareth on the other hand rushed towards Igris who has already gone insane, Lucia who was over taken by emotions tried fighting the absolute one's statue ,with the last bit of her mana , at that critical point when she was about to be struck down , a giant scale appeared behind her , the moment one of the statues with the musical instrument tried to strike her , it shattered.
And she moved closer to the absolute one's statue , before she could do anything, she was smashed to death by it .
"Lucia , noooo" Gareth screamed
"Everything has gone to shit" Vidya said
."Lucia is dead, Igris has lost his mind , well Garret is protecting us , think Vidya , think , what am I doing wrong " Vidya said hitting his head
The first strike on the last surviving people came , Garrets shield blocked it , the second hit came immediately, and the shield shattered after fully blocking it .
Everyone scattered, and like the others , they all died to one statue ,either the absolute one's statue in the middle, or the knight statue at the door .
Everyone died except Igris who has lost his mind , seeing the bodies of everyone he knew just minutes ago.
"Wait why am I the only one alive", Igris suddenly realized, thanks to the sudden quietness.
Then a melodious sound startwd to be played by the statue he was in front of , though stained with blood , the statue was playing a harp. The song was so calming Igris began to cry , he thought about his family , his brothers.
"If only I could be called a microbe one more time , I would appreciate it " he said while crying.
Suddenly the song stopped, and the absolute one's statue smiled.
"Oh no , not this smile again" Igris though, as he tried to get up.
