Mr Alvin was stunned and asked. "But how did they save his life?" Belle Rose calmed her nerves and spoke. "His grandfather's fellow soldiers left him out on No Man Land, and two of my family members saw him. They rushed over to him and started to treat him. One of them spoke German to him while the other attended to his injury and refused to leave him there. They didn't attack him, and he did not attack them. However, after treating him, one of his fellow soldiers opened fire on them and killed both of them. He turned around and yelled at his fellow soldiers by telling them that they did not deserve to be shot."
"He found a white shirt and waved it above his head. Two French men rushed forward, and he told them what happened. They carried the two family members back to the French line, and his general rushed forward to him. His general did not blame him for not shooting at them because I am guessing that he saw the bandages on him, and his general carried him back to the German line. His general told his fellow soldiers off and ordered them to take him to the hospital for treatment. He also told them to apologise to him and send them back to training camp."
"After the war was over, his grandfather was taken to the French war memorial and paid his respects to two of my family members. He was given medals but didn't feel he deserved them, so he got the name changed to two family members and waited to meet the descendants of two family members. He gave the box to his grandson, who gave it to me. I am still in shock, and it has not sunk in."
Mrs Gloria and Mr Alvin were blown away. They went back into the restaurant and finished the meal. They returned to the coach and returned to the hotel. Belle Rose wrote the names of the medals and took photos of them. Belle Rose sent the pictures to her grandparents with the story of how she got hold of the medals. There was a knock on the hotel door, and Fatima answered. Mr Alvin and Mrs Gloria were standing there. Fatima allowed them to enter the hotel room, and Belle Rose showed them the medals.
Fatima closed the door behind them as Mr Alvin and Mrs Gloria sat on one of the beds. They were stunned and knew Belle Rose was not expecting to receive any more medals. Belle Rose took a breath and spoke. "I did not expect to receive any medals today because I thought that yesterday would be the first and last time for me to receive any medals. But wrong was I, and I wish I had met his grandfather so I could thank him for allowing me to have the medals."
Mr Alvin and Mrs Gloria could not blame Belle Rose. They returned the box as they stood, and Fatima opened the door for them. They returned to their hotel room, and Fatima closed the door again. Belle Rose placed the box in her suitcase and had a shower. Fatima knew Belle Rose wanted to shower to freshen herself up and calm down. Belle Rose felt at ease in the shower and couldn't wait for Tuesday. After Belle Rose came out of the shower, Fatima went into the bathroom and had a shower. They both felt refreshed and could not wait for Tuesday.
Belle Rose knew her parents would still try to get her to marry Ayers but knew she would not. Belle Rose had to show her worthless parents she would not follow their orders and continue with the family traditions. Belle Rose also knew she had to show them she did not know or met or heard of Ayers before, and they do not even know her more than they claim they do know her. Belle Rose and Fatima went downstairs to the dining room. They had a light meal and returned to their hotel room. Fatima contacted her parents, and Belle Rose texted her heartless mother's parents.
Fatima refused to take photos of the hotel room that Belle Rose and her are using. Because she did not want Belle Rose's parents to know where Belle Rose was, she made sure her parents did not tell Belle Rose's parents where Belle Rose was. Fatima got off her phone and got ready for bed. Belle Rose got changed, and they went to bed. Everyone stayed up for an hour more and eventually went to bed. Belle Rose had the same dream at Mrs Sprocket's home and knew she would save a life. Belle Rose and Fatima got dressed. Belle Rose had a double Dutch crown on her hair and went downstairs with Fatima. They all had breakfast and got on the coach after getting their purse. They went to the nearest town and split up in pairs. Fatima and Belle Rose explore the town while going into some shops. Fatima helped Belle Rose to buy a bunch of flowers and a bottle of rose wine.
Fatima was able to buy something for her parents, while Belle Rose was able to buy something for her grandparents. They could have a main lunch meal and rejoin their group. Belle Rose gave Mrs. Sprocket flowers and a bottle of rose wine. Mrs. Sprocket was stunned to receive the flowers and a bottle of rose wine. She knew Belle Rose wanted to thank her for allowing Belle Rose to stay with her and her husband after her parents' sudden leave to meet Ayers. Belle Rose gave what she bought for her grandparents to Mr Alvin and Mrs Gloria. Mr Alvin and Mrs Gloria knew Belle Rose wanted them to look after what she had bought for their parents.
The rest of her classmates were complaining but realised Belle Rose wanted to thank Mrs Sprocket for letting her stay with her and her husband.
