Chapter 11 - Two days before Tuesday

Mrs Gloria looked at Anna and spoke. "Belle Rose is telling the truth because Mr Alvin and I had to look after Belle Rose while her downright bullies' parents were on holiday without her. Also, her parents were not there for six years of Belle Rose's life because they only think about themselves. Our parents, our families and us. We had to be there for Belle Rose and told her she could be with the person she wanted to be with instead of the person her parents wanted her."

"Belle Rose had never met Ayers nor heard of him before. He was either on holiday or on a business trip. Belle Rose deserves to be with the person she wants to be with and end the family traditions her parents want her to continue. Belle Rose and Fatima. Why don't you two return to the hotel room you are using? We are going to a cathedral tomorrow and will spend some time there before lunch. We have a main meal tomorrow, and I hope all of you have questions you want to ask in German."

Belle Rose and Fatima return to the hotel room. After the door shut, Belle Rose flopped onto the bed and spoke. "Why did Anna want to know when it is personal? I mean, if she was in my shoes and someone had asked the same question she had asked me. Right back at her. How would she feel?" Fatima sat next to Belle Rose and replied. "I don't know, but you should be proud of yourself by standing up and telling her the truth. l didn't tell anyone that two teachers are related to you through your horrible parents because I knew that I had to ask you for your permission."

"Tomorrow, while we are at the cathedral, we could try to find your family members' names and pay our respects. I hope Ayers will find someone else to have instead of you, and you can show your parents that you are in charge of your life, not them. Also, they are ruining your life by forcing you to marry someone who you never met nor heard of before." Belle Rose sat up and spoke. "Well, we are on the topic of my parents forcing me to marry someone I never met or heard of before. On Thursday, Mrs Sprocket's husband informed me that my parents had booked a wedding at a church, but someone else had already booked a wedding on the same day."

"The wedding my parents had booked has now been cancelled and will not proceed. I haven't got a wedding dress, Ayers has not asked me to marry him, we don't have wedding rings, and it is too late to invite the people we want to invite. The holy father had said that the wedding for Ayers and me would not proceed. I am old enough to do things I want to do instead of what my parents want me to do. Also, I can be with the person I want to be with instead of the person my parents want me to be with."

"I can't wait for Tuesday, and we only got two days before Tuesday. I have a strange feeling that something will happen while we are at Hohenzollern Castel, which is not good. I don't understand why my parents call me Esme when my real name is Belle Rose." Fatima knew Belle Rose was annoyed with her parents calling her Esme when that was not her name because her real name was Belle Rose.

They went to bed, and their classmates went to bed. They all had a good night's sleep and were ready to go to the cathedral. Belle Rose had the names of her family members and the questions that she had in German. They had breakfast and got on the coach. The coach went to the Rottenburg Cathedral, and they got inside Rottenburg Cathedral. They were allowed to stay after the service, and someone from Rottenburg Cathedral showed them around. Belle Rose saw a French war memorial and searched for her family members. Fatima was with her, and Belle Rose found her family members."

Belle Rose sat next to the stone, which had her family members, and had a minute of silence. Someone from the Rottenburg Cathedral saw Belle Rose and Fatima in the French war memorial. He walked over to them and saw they were being quiet. Belle Rose wiped the tears from her face and moved a finger across the names of her family members. Belle Rose took a photo with her phone and camera. Belle Rose ensured that her camera did not have the flash on and gave a kiss to her family members.

Fatima helped Belle Rose to stand up, and they saw someone from Rottenburg Cathedral. He knew they were with a school group and moved to one side to allow them to get past. Mrs Sprocket came and saw them. Fatima and Belle Rose walked over to her. Mrs Sprocket knew Belle Rose was looking for her family members and asked. "Belle Rose, did you find your family members' names?" Belle Rose nodded and replied. "I did, and I'm trying not to cry right now. I know Fatima and I should stick to the rest of the group. But I had to find my family members' names, and I am so glad I found them." The person from Rottenburg Cathedral overheard Belle Rose and spoke. "You should be proud of yourself, and I got to know two of your family members."

Belle Rose turned around and asked. "What do you mean, sir, and how do you know two of my family members?" The person from Rottenburg Cathedral gestured towards some chairs, and they sat down. Belle Rose was confused and wanted to know more about her family members. The person from Rottenburg Cathedral stared at Belle Rose and spoke. "I know that you know that your family members served in the wars and did not make it back home. My grandfather served in the wars against France and Great Britain."
