"On it," Judy replied as a terrifying amount of soul energy arose within her.
Without any hesitation or thought, she immediately attacked, bombarding the Architect with attack after attack. It was as though the creature was nothing more than a child to her.
"Now for the rest of you," Steve said as he turned to the many statues still standing within the dungeon.
Two of them had their upper bodies damaged due to Judy sending the gate. The rest, though, were just fine, especially the giant statue in the back.
"It's funny, he really considered you all his greatest creation," Steve said as he pointed his hands towards them.
His initial thought was to completely destroy everything within the temple, but not everything deserved complete destruction; sometimes you had to change them.
With his hand held high, the statues immediately began to dissolve into dust. His power had evolved as he wanted it to. He could affect things even if he wasn't in direct contact with them.
As long as they had mana flowing within them, he had a great chance of seizing control over them.
"Sir, are you sure that this is the guy that gave you trouble initially?" Judy asked.
"You don't need to insult me, just kill him and let's leave here," Steve answered as he focused on the only statue that wasn't destroyed.
It was massive and its eyes were glowing.
Looking at it more carefully, Steve found out why the Architect called it his greatest creation. It wasn't just a statue. It was loaded with a lot of skills.
He may have lost the system, but it didn't mean that he couldn't sense the abilities of an item. The statue was on par with a National Level Hunter, probably the only monster-related thing that he had seen that was properly comparable to a National Level Hunter.
It wasn't above or below it; it was perfectly within the range where it could fight them all.
Its eyes glowed red before Steve saw a massive jet of concentrated heat leaving its eyes. The Architect had loaded it with some tricks, truly.
Despite all this, Steve stood his ground as the blast met an invisible force field in front of him. Just because he acknowledged its make didn't mean that he wasn't far above it in power.
Steve waved his hand as the creature was immediately sent flying. This was an additional ability he had found himself able to use ever since he beat Yorgumunt.
Of course, it was barely as powerful as this, but it seems his Soul Heart also increased its power as well. Using his new form of telekinesis, Steve dominated the battlefield easily.
"This is not over, I shall return!!" Steve heard a loud shout from atop the large statue.
Turning to the source, he found a bloodied and surprisingly bigger-looking Judy standing with what looked like a human in her hands. She was pulling it apart.
"Good luck doing so," Steve replied before Judy finally tore it in half.
"Sir, the Architect has been successfully terminated," Judy said as she walked towards him.
"I can see that, well done," Steve replied as he felt a massive wave of soul energy enter his body.
Apart from that, he felt as though something had returned to him. He felt complete. Truthfully, he didn't know exactly what it was, but he knew that he felt complete and way more powerful than earlier.
