After I became the Guardian of Beloupe, I was given a special mission that only the best of the heroes get. Usually, heroes don't get to choose the missions that are given to them. Normally, the Supreme Guardians assign each hero a mission that they must complete before asking for their next assignment.
I was different from the others, ever since they made me a Guardian. Guardians protect the cities in which they live. No two heroes live in the same place unless the Supreme Guardians deem it necessary because of the danger that might be posed to it.
I became the youngest person to be recruited as a superhero. Ever since then, I have taken my job seriously, recusing people who are in need. I believe that it is important to take care of the people around me. Even though I have only been a superhero for the past two years of my life, I have achieved more than the other superheroes. It was because of this that the Supreme Guardians made me a Guardian. It was the same day I was named Guardian of Beloupe and the people in Beloupe called me the Rescuer.
After I had received the honor of becoming the Guardian of Beloupe, I was told that I could now choose my own mission before everyone else was assigned their mission. I instantly jumped at the opportunity to be able to choose my mission first.
There were over 400 superheroes and I was one of them. I was the first one to become a Guardian. Being a Guardian comes with a lot of responsibility. You had to make sure that you never revealed your secret identity or your status as a Guardian would be taken away and you would be stripped of your superpowers, whether you were born with them or not. So, you have to be extremely careful when you are rescuing someone.
There were over 400 missions to choose from. I went through each one to see if I wanted to choose that mission because once I had chosen that mission I couldn't change it if I wanted to. I was looking through them thoroughly. Then, I came across a mission about a girl. This was the only one that had something about a person. Usually, when a superhero is assigned a mission, it's to help people in the cities that you live in. In my case though, I see the first mission that requires you to guard a particular person. I decided to choose this mission.
Later, when I got home that day I decided to look at the mission that I had chosen. This mission that I had chosen was about a girl by the name of Olivia Hendrix. Everything about her was in here. She had a twin brother whose name was Johnny Hendrix. Her parents were Bella and Nick Hendrix. She was a 17-year-old girl who attended Beloupe High School and was a junior in high school. My mission was to awaken her natural-born powers and help her control them.
I wanted to find a way to get close to her. It wasn't because of the special mission that I have. I wanted to get close to her because she was the first one to show me around Beloupe High School, the one who introduced me to the many things that you can get involved in at school. She is the person who makes me smile, who cheers me up, and who is always there for me. I like her for who she is. She's really smart in all of the classes we have together. I wanted to be able to talk to her every day, whether or not we were at school. We could study together and hang out wherever she wanted to. Every time I think about her, I can't stop thinking about her smile. Whenever I see her smile, I imagine all the times that we could be laughing together everywhere we went.
This mission of mine became personal before I even met her. I wanted to take this seriously and still get to know Olivia more.
